well that's the thing. Nabi did know and is acting quite stupid which is why a lot of us are so frustrated with her. But as you also mentioned, Jaeeon IS manipulative which IS bad.

also, wtf is so special about nabi that makes dohyuk like nabi so much? she is such a boring flat character... i used to love our innocent potato boy but tbh i'm not all that into guys that don't back off after rejection

yep, this drama for sure is lacking in the plot department. realistically, this drama is carried by han sohee, song kang, and the other actors because the writers did a horrible job with character development and storyline (and randomly having some characters disappear or forgotten). imo, this drama serves more of a fan service to my eyes than anything.

I guess you know an actor is good if you start questioning how he is in real life lol but let's remember that good actors can play characters that are far from their true self haha

i think now, everyone either wants nabi with jaeeon or nabi to end up alone. no one wants her to be with potato boy anymore

she better not go back if all that happened was losing sujin! she should try to repair that friendship in present time now that they are all more mature

i couldn't watch past the point where kang cheol finds out there's no culprit for his family's murder. like I can't imagine him living and moving on from the fact that his family died for a plot and that his friends and everyone he knows is living only to serve as background for his existence.

anyone else think his acting needs help? don't get me wrong, I think he is very charming and with proper lessons, he could become a good actor but right now, his acting isn't lead role worthy yet.

i noticed how bad it was since s1 but there are so many seokhoon simps so i never said anything but tbh, his acting is reallllyyyyyyy bad. a lot of people talked about eunbyul's over the top acting but at least it fit her deranged psycho character more so than seokhoon who literally has no facial expressions and talks monotone. i feel like out of the hera palace kids, his acting is the worst

personally, i disliked how nabi was under the impression that jaeeon has a gf while making out with him because she herself was a victim of a toxic cheater ex so of all people she should know how wrong that is

yeah that was gross. reminds me of when nabi caught her friends making out in her closet and obviously she didn't like that (despite being relieved it wasn't jaeeon in there). i came to realize that nabi is such a hypocrite.

agreed! you listed it all. it seems like whenever someone begins to show disappointment in this drama, people think it's just because their ship sunk but in reality, it's more than that - it's the process in which led to their ship sinking or the way some characters are super underdeveloped (how can we expect character development if their character was never expanded on in the first place).

i was also hoping to see joohyuk more, not because i liked him but because his character just randomly disappeared when the writers could've totally utilized his character to develop sol's story.

i was super excited about this drama because it seemed like it would be super different from other dramas but right now, it's starting to look just like the rest minus the more intimate scenes.

exactly... and wasn't she the one who preached to jaeeon about being sincere and that she will root for him from afar 2 episodes ago....??? even if jaeeon was actually dating seol-a, it's not out of his character to cheat on seol-a but nabi is over here basically encouraging it by: 1) instigating by telling seol-a that jaeeon likes to have sex with her hair up and 2) kissing jaeeon while still thinking seol-a is his gf

oh, i also noticed that in the ep 8 preview, PJE's hair is back to normal. he isn't leaving his bangs down anymore

I skipped through it cause spending 10 seconds every other minute watching nabi stare at jaeeon or vise versa is not a good way to spend my time

I’m most annoyed by how nabi is allowing jaeeon to sway her when in her mind jaeeon has a gf and she is literally the “mistress” in this situation… she broke up with her ex cause he was a trashy cheater and now she is trying to be with someone who is basically (in her mind) a cheater????? I legit hate people like that, the people who say “it’s not my relationship so I’m not the one cheating”
