Doctor Liu and Doctor Qin have such natural and realistic chemistry. It's already been 23 episodes and we have barely any romance development though 😭 literally their most "romantic" scene was when Doctor Qin got the fish bone out of Doctor Liu's throat... This is slow burn like Hospital Playlist
Doctor Wang is frustrating me 😭 He has a wife and kid and is still living paycheck to paycheck... and still dares to take out a HUGE loan for his brother????? If he had extra money to loan, I would get it but he has no extra funds and a whole family to take care of. He is so irresponsible. He almost performed surgery illegally for money and risked his entire career. He isn't even grateful when Doctor Qin stopped him. Also Doctor Qin already loaned money to him, he is still asking for more. And then he isn't even grateful to all of the other doctors that showed up at the marathon for him even though he wasn't even going to show up himself. All of the other doctors in the marathon running club are so much better people than Doctor Wang, it's actually so lucky that he met such nice people.

Kind of confused why some doctors in this drama are like rich while the others are paycheck to paycheck. It doesn't seem like they are still in school or training but the bad subtitles make it hard for me to understand their job titles 🤔

I can’t get over the proposal. So many dramas rush the proposal and excuse it by making it glamorous and expensive. This one was meaningful. We saw how nervous Sang Yan was and it was actually perfection
I feel like the ending scene of ep 26 was so perfect. Sang Yan seeing Wen Yifan calling him. He takes awhile to pick up because the call he had been waiting for over half a year is finally here and it's just so overwhelming. It really shows how vulnerable both of them are when it comes to each other 🥹
