I don't mind age-gap even faux brothers troupe. Second couple doesn't bother me. They are neither blood related…
I don’t even think Toki is a legal adult so their relationship would be weird even if they weren’t teacher and student. But Sahara is his home room teacher even… Couldn’t they at least have made this about a teacher and student at the same university instead of high school? And the best thing would have been if the student didn’t take any of the teacher’s classes. That way the teacher wouldn’t have a hand in his education or any form of power over him.
Dont read my comment if you do not want to get spoiled:Bruh the ml literally marries his niece!!! Like a child…
I read your comment despite your warning but luckily I’ve already gotten to the part where he marries his niece. He didn’t have a choice to be fair and she was sent off to a Buddhist temple so nothing weird is gonna happen, but it weirds me out that her dad was the one who wanted his brother to marry his daughter 😭
And it’s so creepy that Yeon Hwa calls So brother but also wants to carry his children 💀💀
Must have been a lot of royals with hereditary diseases from all the inbreeding… Part of the reason for why there needed to be so many princes was probably because some of them would turn out disabled in one way or another.
It's so weird how Yeon Hwa is in love with and wants to marry her half brother. Even Yo wanted to marry her for a while and she's his half sister as well. I know this story takes place in another time but I can't get over the incest!!!
I really loved Woo Soo Ji and Ma Sang Goo as a couple! Can anyone recommend other dramas where the woman is strong/cold/scary and the man is nice/warm/friendly?
I am so excited for this drama! Will watch it when all the episodes have been released. I really like that she is an "older" widow and not played by someone in her early 20's.
The Queen's final words: "Life as the queen is extremely hard." And we come to realize, "Life as the king is utterly…
He knew a lot but kept quiet due to the complicated situation and everybody’s scheming, but it’s true that he was kept in the dark about many other things. I think it was a powerful moment to watch him reveal the truth in the end even though it may change the people’s and history’s view of him, and that he punished his mother like she deserved. It was evident in his questions for the princes in the contests that he’s a good king who cares about his people and wants an heir that cares about them too - that’s better than a lot of the kings in other historical dramas.

I really like historical dramas, especially when there’s some comedy.
