initially, i thought that season 2 would end up with yumi and babi breaking up and then the first episodes of season 3 would be about the whole woong/babi situation, where they both wanted to get together with yumi and where she ultimately decided that she wants neither of them (which imo, very important for her character, so i hope it's included). then the second half of s3 would be about soonrok. but now i doubt that's going to be the case.
it's true that many things can still happen in this season, but i totally get what you mean with the being negative part, i feel that it's valid. i love the webtoon way too much, so of course it'd be nice to see it done truthfully :) either way, the drama is very sweet and i have loved it a lot so far!

i heard that there are currently no plans for a third season, so that's why i asked if there's a chance he will show up in this one. sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case :( it makes me so sad, not only because i adore soonrok but because yumi's development after she decides that she wants neither woong nor babi is so important for her character.
and yeah, same. i'd dislike it if they changed something about him. extending plagiarism part sounds like a good idea, but at this point i'm starting to think that entire part (where soonrok is present) won't be included at all :( not losing hope tho, hahah! thank you so much for your answer :) <3
i want to wait until it's over so i can binge watch it, but i'd like to ask a question (which will probably be a spoiler for the webtoon) but please, are they still sticking to the source material? i LOVE the webtoon so much and i LOVE soonrok as a character way too much and it'd be a real shame if he wasn't included. i saw on twitter that they gave some of soonrok's scenes to babi and judging from the comments section here, it looks like babi showed his true colours, so it looks like they are sticking to it to an extent? i keep commenting about soonrok (for which i apologize, i can't help it lmao) i'd just like to know if there's a chance he will show up :) thanks to anyone!
only 5 episodes in but i am really starting to love this!! i feel it's very rare for an antagonist to be soooo incredibly intelligent, i honestly am in awe everytime, it's very well written. and i also adore the soundtrack <3

it's adapted from a super looong webtoon, so that's why there are multiple seasons. and apart from that, it's super cute and wholesome and funny and quite relatable :) <3
right!! he's adorable and i agree, he's literally perfect for yumi, i'm so happy they found each other :') i watched the first season and it followed the webtoon very closely, but i'm starting to get worried that soonrok will either not be included or will be in the drama very shortly and he deserves moooore :(

already know this will be another one of hirokazu koreeda's masterpieces! genuinely my favourite director/screenwriter, his movies are such precious gifts :) <3 and i adore the cast too!
