Good acting and directing but horrible story line. Neither the ML nor the FL have good characters. ML payed to sleep with a girl …. Ewwww. FL kept the kids hidden from the real dad, how disturbing and disgusting. For me, this is the worst written story line in Thai shows.
Mook has good Chemistry with every actor except when she looks strangely towards her counter male lead. Sometimes the eye stare looks too scary. I am sure the acting will be a lot better if this issue can be resolved.
Loved the whole thing. In the beginning I was unsure of the ML’s intentions but later he turned out to be simply a love struck boy. Enjoyed this yumalicious guilty pleasure of simple 10 episodes.
Absolutely adored the show. The first half seems to be written by another writer and second half by another. The part before the recovery is so good and flawless, that u actually don’t care about any of the nonsensical sub plots. The second half had a lot of room for improvement. Since both of them matured, their sexual tension and execution should have increased . Since the show had a sweet ending so no complaints. Evan Li was an absolute eye candy all the way through that performed excellent in every challenging moment. Can’t wait to watch more of him. Acting wise, after Evan li my favorite was the little girl Cong Shang. Her acting was so believable. Awesome direction and production. Give this a chance and forward through the distracting sub plots.
So I am a crazy addict of Thai revenge shows. I love the transformation of evil kanivel men into a huggable papa teddy bear. This show sadly isn’t one of them. The main lead was unethical all the way through. While being fully vested into the SFL, he was hitting on the FL with full force even when he had no clue she was the daughter of the enemy so revenge plot isn’t justified in this case. Also preventing the medical care of the FL’s father, not even allowing a simple painkiller to a person who has pain attacks is simply evil. This doesn’t fall under the realm of revenge. Nops, that just bad writing and imagination. This review has nothing to do with the cast and production as all actors did a spectacular job. The locations were picturesque and all scenes were beautifully executed.
Wow, all of these seem to be an amazing contender of being converted into tv dramas. I have never read a Chinese novel. Some of these r very tempting. I am wondering if they have English translation for the novels

What a well written article. Thank you for writing about a legend. Shame, I had no idea who he was. His personal life was quite dramatic. I am wondering if there is a film made on his life. Also, for a naive reader who is into love stories with happy endings, would you recommend me any film of Kurosawa.
