Can you please suggest a drama that is almost like this one?
The drama Defendant is my favorite of this genre, but there are plenty of other good ones, God's Gift: 14 Days is just brilliant but with an element of fantasy, Life on Mars, Ghost (2012) are all great dramas, and Flower of Evil if you want a more recent one.
JuWon telling DongShik that he is smart and capable and that's why everyone hated him must've seemed so ridiculous to DongShik, especially since JuWon hasn't proven his capabilities yet. All he did was suspecting the same person the police suspected 20 years ago. He didn't come up with anything on his own. Everyone knows there's been a murder, just because he didn't ignore it doesn't mean he is smart, it just means he is doing the most basic thing expected from a cop. Even saying that "he followed his instinct and it lead him to the killer" is giving him more credit than he deserves.
how did the police know where the other bodies were burried? they just took a guess? because Jin Mook clearly…
I think he told them one of the burial places to show that he is serious, otherwise the police would ignore his request, thinking he isn't going to reveal the burial places and is just playing them to get what he wanted.
The timeline of the night of the murder is unrealistic in my opinion. Is it possible for one man to kill his daughter, cut her fingers, bury the body, clean up and wash up, have a customer, and still arrive early to a dinner party considering that his daughter arrived at his house when it was dark outside? The time he had between his daughter's arrival and the arrival of the police officer who was picking up drinks at 8:37PM is no more than 2 and a half hours, considering the sun sets at about 6 o'clock in October of that year in Korea. I'm not a murder expert but is that a plenty of time to do all these things?
Let me just say that Han Joo Won is completely useless. His character had so much potential, but ended up being just a nosy kid with a powerful father.
It might be explained in the 8th episode, but it's weird that they knew for sure that JinMuk would be checking MinKyung's "grave" at that exact moment. It's very weird, one moment they were talking and JuWon was about to "arrest" DongShik, the next they are in the killer's backyard catching him at the exact moment he was checking his daughter's body. The only thing that happened in between is JaeYi's call which is irrelevant, the only thing that could be assumed after that call is that she is in danger. They are trying too hard to make DongShik on top of things and one step ahead of the criminal to the point where it became unrealistic, assuming that JinMuk is trying to divert their attention in order to move MinKyung's body is quite far-fetched.
Normally in MDL, when ratings would dip this low, there'd already be lots of comments talking about what's wrong…
I think most people would rate the drama only after it finishes. I never rate a drama unless I finish it or drop it. If most people are like me, this ratings is mostly given by people who didn't like the drama from the start and dropped it, and as soon as the drama finishes airing the ratings would rise significantly if it maintained its quality.
My theory was that Jeong Je has killed everyone but Min Jeong because he only kept asking Dong Shik if he killed Min Jeong and never asked if he killed anyone else which was weird because everyone assumed that Dong Shik's sister and Min Jeong were killed by the same person, yet he is very sure that Dong Shik is not the killer of his sister, but is suspecting him for killing Min Jeong. At first, and before it was revealed that Min Jeong was killed(?) by her father, I thought Dong Shik was the one who killed her as a wake-up call for the investigation unit because the case was cold and no one bothered to look for its killer. That would've been really creepy though, I'm kinda glad that's not the case, but also I was secretly rooting for Dong Shik to be the villain.
How can Jung Je be the last one to be seen with Min Jung when her father clearly said that she got home and went…
The police isn't quite good at their job. Their approach has always been "arrest first, ask questions later", and it's been like this since 20 years ago. They literally arrested Dong Shik because they found his necklace in an accessible location where he lives. He was about to get a life sentence for "loss of items" if it's not for his friend's testimony.
From what I understood so far, Dong Shik actually knows who the killer is, that's why he sent that message in episode 6. He just doesn't have the evidence to support his findings, and is trying to get Ju Won to help him without revealing what he knows.
Honestly speaking, and from what I know which is very little (knowing that a lot of people would disagree), I didn't think what she did was cancel worthy, I wouldn't say that it was more than a kid with a bad attitude, an overprotective bad sister, a rumor that has gone wrong, and an agency that failed to address it. So basically everyone putting all the blame on this one when they were even more wrong for starting a hate campaign towards the other T-ara members based on rumors, and it's really a shame because this one is hands-down great at acting, the best female idol turned actress in my opinion. I'm not really following the T-ara scandal, and I don't really care about it or everyone involved in it (including this woman), I didn't even know there was a scandal until it ended, and I've only known this woman as an actress, and I really liked her acting, that's why I think it's a shame if she didn't manage to overcome this controversy and continue with her career.
I keep getting myself into starting ongoing dramas that are too good not to binge watch, and I really hate that. I just wanted to check this one out, I didn't mean to get so much into it. TT I shouldn't have started this when there were only 4 episodes to watch.
are they using real horses in the war scenes? are they using the running W stunt that could kill the horses? they…
Even if they didn't care for the safety of horses, they would've definitely cared for the money they spent on them. I'm pretty sure no horse was harmed during filming this or you would've heard of it.
Watching everyone say what they wish to be reborn as in their next life, I hope they would make a second season with everyone reborn in the Japanese-occupation period, and a third one where everyone is reborn in current times, but with Shin Hye Sun having the exact same personality.
actually i quiet confused about how they evaluate the dish based on what i watch they said they want a have a…
It's based on their personal taste. Seo Jang Hoon is the only one who started with the mindset that he would be considering uniqueness in addition to taste, then after awhile Song Si Kyung followed. Others are still only judging based on how much they liked the dish. Jong Kook often tend to give a pass to dishes just because they were okay or edible, the only times he raised a toad were because the food was too salty it wasn't edible, and the other was because he really hated it.
I shouldn't have started this when there were only 4 episodes to watch.
