Favorites bits this episode 7: - Jeong-suk finding her voice and cursing and knocking that scumbag - Jeong-suk and friends fighter's make up + entrance! - Detective Do-hyeon smiling while remembering of Jeong-suk stepping up for herself! *swoon* - The three nosy women villagers actually stepping up for Jeong-suk T_T what a character development! - Do-hyeon reassuring Jeong-suk that he'll try to make the case quiet and reminding the other detective. Such a simple but touching move from uri detective. - All our best women to eat tofu w/ soda!
I know the three women villagers have always been kinda way nosy – but, I'm really glad that they supported Jeong-suk this time. T_T
Character development at least.
Anyway, I love love the friendship of the four.
As for the blossoming romance, I'm always happy to see Jeong-suk and Do-hyeon on screen, but the string of events and Jeong-suk being part of Do-hyeon's personal investigation was a bit unrealistic to me haha, though it really do make sense looking at how Jeong-suk might feel indebted to his kindness – so it's nice of Do-hyeon to decline her offer initially. I still wholeheartedly enjoy their slow burn romance, and they surely make me squeal! (What's up with non-romance genres delivering the best romances LOL). However, I hope that the business, friendship and journey of our heroines continue to be the main event in the upcoming episodes moreso than the side investigation (tho, I understand that this needs to be addressed at some point esp now that most issues by Jeong-suk are becoming more settled).
It also seems that Young-bok's family will be the highlight on episode 8.
I wonder if I will ever find something similar to thisKdramas now a days doesn’t have this standard in romance…
Go watch the old kdramas with sensational romance and comedy like My Love From The Star, Secret Garden, Coffee Prince, Legend of the Blue Sea, Kill Me Heal Me, It's Okay That's Love
For melo -- The Innocent Man, Secret Love, Flower of Evil
Sageuk -- Empress Ki, Queen for seven days, The Princess' Man, Dongyi, The Red Sleeve
It is an awards show of a network – it's still an awards show no matter what you say, so if you can't say congratulations, just go away here I guess. These actors/actresses still deserved to be recognized.
Also for the record, there's also KBS and MBC drama awards.
Do Hyeon is so calming for Jeong Suk. There’s no romance tag but I wouldn’t mind if there hint of them being…
the way this has no romance tg, but the romance is romancing so good (at least for me heheh) – it'd be really a shame if they won't be a couple in the end. It's very obv that Do Hyun has admiration for her, I just hope Jeong-suk will be able to quickly move away from her husband.
This is such an underrated show, it is so educational and emotional in a very unique way. I love how they use…
it's okay to feel that; but mother and daughter relationship is always complicated especially in Asian culture. I'm sure the mom realized some things which is an improvement.
I got curious who this actress is from Princess Man and got me into this actress page. The series wasn't something…
I think her dramas after The Princess' Man were still good like we've had The Innocent Man / Nice Guy and Good Doctor, however after that I noticed she did more movies, then came back with a new drama for Goodbye Mr. Black.
For me, I've known her from The Innocent Man. I didn't continue watching Goodbye Mr. Black and I'm not fan of the ML of that drama.
I think from there the choices were just so-so. Flower of Evil was amazing and her acting elevated the drama, I don't think it'd be as impactful as it really is without her acting. She was amazing in Flower of Evil and that's why it's a shame she was robbed of Baeksang Best Actress nomination, probably because the story is not mainly about her.
I think Moon Chae Won enjoys to be this low-key and getting projects she enjoy doing, though I hope like everyone here that she'll pick a new drama project soon that'll be fun and showcase her powerhouse acting. Some melo romcom like Another Miss Oh would be awesome!
