Well that developed quickly. Zhen Zhen moved on quickly and with hardly any development. This is what I don't get about introducing a love triangle just for the sake of having it. Probably 1/3 or 2/3 of the show is spent on a frustrating love triangle that never made any sense to begin with.
No I don’t think anyone is enjoying that part of the story but it is pretty realistic. I think all parties should…
I'm reading a lot of excuses. What he wants in a partner has to be reciprocated and that kind of partnership isn't a healthy one either. All he has shown us as viewers are his ideals and no willingness to adapt. That isn't healthy.
I prefer the 2nd female lead. PBY's character is so out of place in this show. The story is all over the place. Maybe they will make some sense of it in the final 2 episodes.
Do people actually enjoy watching a miserable couple with a shitty boyfriend that doesn't respect any of his partner's beliefs and opinions and just wants a housewife puppet? Like 20 episodes of this nonsense.
Zhu Yi Long must be perfect for these momma's boy roles. First in the Story of Minglan and now in this one. From one domineering mother that he must appease at the expense of the person he likes to another one. Talk about type-casting.
Story has been quite stale now for a while. Nothing has really happened for 15-20 episodes. Would like to see more focus on Deng Lun's character.
Also that man-bun Jing Ran had for a while was awful.
This was a good show. Not sure why I didn't watch it all the way through a few years ago. And this was by far the best acting I've seen from Shin Se Kyung. She gets so much hate for some reason. Really enjoyed her in this.
The weak point was the villain and how easily his plans were foiled and also how easily he was discovered. The writer should have done a better job there, because it led to a lackluster final quarter of the show.
The last couple episodes weren't as strong as the first two. Kdramas have a really bad habit of introducing supernatural plot devices with no explanation in fantasy/supernatural shows.
I think it's rather more likely that it's his mother, the artist Lee Sol, who abandoned him, and it's Deok Mi's…
That is how I think of it as well. There have been flashbacks of Deok Mi and Eun Gi playing with what is likely a young Ryan. Not sure how Deok Mi's mom is related, but they all knew each other as children.
Would anyone like to share their thoughts on Seon Joo and her husband?? I initially thought it was meant to be…
It really did have a deep meaning. I wasn't thinking about it that way until Seon Joo brought it up. She has a right to be angry and valid points. Although it isn't something I would consider divorce over, but it is something that needs to be resolved between the two. The husband clearly planned it in such a way to use family and his child as a shield.
This drama is ligh-hearted, romantic, funny and enjoyable. Even if its not something that special in terms of…
They have already shown a dark and excessive side to the fangirling. I think the message from the drama is about how people can fangirl/fanboy and still be productive people in society. And to also accept them for their hobbies and flaws if you really love someone.
I agree with you about Eun Gi. He is a useless character as it stands. There is a reason people get friendzoned and familyzoned. The feelings aren't mutual and likely never will be. Definitely would have been a better character as an actual brother. Or if he didn't have feelings for her.
I'm honestly having a difficult time making it through the first two episodes. Fell asleep a couple times. This reminds me more of Jugglers than Secretary Kim. And Jugglers was painfully boring for 90% of it.
