Actually, I am not fond of harem as well. But while watching this, I did not get the feeling of that. ML is very dutiful and married all of them because his family needed "them". Then comes the FL(he also marries her because of obligations), she does not want this marriage but later falls in love with ML's character. But ML falls first and hard. In the end, what you watch is going to be a love after marriage drama. I think it is a great drama and I keep coming back to this drama from time to time :) I think you can give it a try. But make sure to watch at least 10 or so ep. so that you can see them working together as a married couple :)

I think it is not impossible if they believe it will create a big hype. This can even be an after life plot starting with past which we saw here and another life.. but I would definetely watch it. But I want the ML in that one to be same actor playing feng lai surely :)

its a drama all about them so I think you should not care about that part. You will enjoy the journey and will be verry happy at the end.

I think they really suffered a lot and need compensation :( I was crying so much when her father touched her cheek and imagined her mother :(

And I also have to say Shenli's parents' story was very sad. the writer did a brillant job in their part of the story. I could not help myself but cried when her father was replacing her in the seal. He was really innocent but had to go through very though times. Lost her beloved wife and could not properly see or talked to his own daughter before sealing himself again. :(

I am not commenting frequently under the dramas I watch but I could not stop myself from writing here. I just completed the drama today and I am blown away by both the story and characters. I did missed seeing ZLY AND LGX together and I even did not realized how much until I watched them together. OST was perfect and it really give much depth to the scenes. I believe almost everyone was perfect in their roles who was in my mind was totally wearing the character like a skin. Anyway I loved the drama and I honestly do not know how to move on..

I am a sucker for that type of dramas and I LOVE this one. But I can't find something similar lately. Can you recommend me some?

Well since there was no sight of a ML at that time, and no proper storyline, I dont think I CAN make a comparison or comment on why she is not the one or the other one is better for that guy. This is also my first time finding a character whether male or female so annoying that I had to drop the drama. Trust me I never easily judge a character. Usually I like to complete anything I started and think later. But this one did not just convinced me. Thats why I use the word "written" intentionally to imply that it may not be the character but it may also be a poorly written scenerio. I was not convinced about flow of the story and voiced my opinion. There is no sexism involved. Anyway thanks for your comment. I hope you enjoyed it.

I was crying when our male lead was retiring. I just cannot help myself. Why they had to ket him retire formally. He could just appear less and I was fine as long as we have him as our dreamy voice. But they had to make him retire. This is the only thing I cant accept in this drama. I know it is a bit emotional but thats how I first connected with the character so I just cant let go of him as Qianq Qing Ci

Well.. What can I say more. It is a perfect drama for my taste. I first read the novel and loved it. I was hoping they can adapt it to a drama so that I can watch when I dont want to read sth. Then I saw the trailer and I was sooo happy. I barely kept myself waiting for the whole thing to be over so that I can binge watch. The release day of the last episode was also perfect. I watched it when I most need warmth during stressfull days and I was able to forget everything and immerse in their sweet world. I am sure I will watch it again and again later.

I barely made it to ep.13 and I can't keep going. She is left all alone. There is no ML in sight or no any emotional support from anyone. Her jerk husband keeps blaming her while running after that annoying Mu yao like a puppy. But when it comes to FL he keeps blaming her, accusing her. He does not even care if he has a wife, or giving her a face in public. Mu yao is also a very annoyingly written character and I cant pity her. I only find her really annoying. It might be the problem with the written character but I just cant like her in any way so it doesn't really make sense for husband to like her. FL only keeps doing good things for them but giving in so much is also annoying. She should also has a thought for herself. She could just left or something. I am really angry now.

I just started watching and currently on ep.4. Since she is changing her fate, I am curious if yelan will also like her rather than Mu Yao?

I think there is a new regulation. Thats why only latest dramas are being affected. I read in other drama pages that they will also be edited again.

I don' have a Viki account. So I am planning to wait until all episodes are out to start bind-watching. Thank you for recommendations :)
