also rant but u can tell some ppl here aren't familiar with kpop like there's a difference between being a sasaeng and being a fansite that simply takes pics during events lmao. the two can intersect but not all fansites are crazy stalkers like partly portrayed here. wether fansite culture in itself and the practice of making money off of it is bad is another discussion but regular fansites that don't do insane shit and just want to share pics of their favorite idols are so normalized in kpop; idols don't mind them and actual good fansites don't go overboard and respect idols' boundaries. nuance y'all
