On Dr. Romantic Season 3 Feb 24, 2022
According to a korean newsarticle, the 3rd season is supposed to come out this winter. Crossing fingers for some updates/cast announcements soon x

If the "political-ness" of the fact that this is set in NK interests you, DEFINITELY watch it. Before this show,…
Absolutely agree with you, I just wrote a comment in the same sort of vein, the drama really does a lot in terms of informing and inspiring people to educate themselves more about NK in a way that doesn't seem outlandish but inviting.

+1 definitely watch CLOY for the setting! You might come to love all its other aspects along the way as well.
My dad, whose favorite genres are far from romance, watched it and ended up listing it as one of his favorite shows of all time.

I know this isn't what people generally love most about this drama but can I say I just love especially how the show portrayed life in North Korea? It does it in such a way that humanizes its people and puts them into perspective much better than many of the surface-level reports, that we come across in our western media, which are mostly focused on politics.

The way north koreans were portrayed was as novel as it was necessary for many to see that, yes, there are indeed people just as ordinary as us there, who strive to live a normal life, even if they (have to) live it a little bit differently than we do. It's honestly so so important in the context of our uber-globalized society, because a lot of people have absolutely no concept about what people and life are like in a country like that and instead keep holding onto skewed, stereotypical depictions of it.

I'm really glad the crew behind this drama took the matter that seriously (many defectors/actual north koreans were consulted and/or are part of the production)!

Does anyone know where to watch this with subs? or even just raw?

"Underrated" means having a score no higher than 8.5 or 8.6. Very few dramas get 9.0 or higher, so dramas lime…
People need to understand the difference between underrated and underappreciated. In that case I'd definitely say Prison Playbook seems underappreciated.

The title rightfully goes to the most over-rated and talentless actress I've had the displeasure of seeing.
the only actress on this list where i'd say her spot is justified lmao

And irony is most of the votes are from WOMEN too
yeah, the internalized misogyny really jumped out here.

Jeon Yeobeen at #6 just because she's been in (1) hit drama that was well-received? This is fucking ridiculous lmao. Might as well call every other rising actress "overrated".

Happy its coming back but I have forgotten most of the plot and the names. I remember I was confused even while…
I mean did make the drama with a second season in mind in the first place, and confirmed it right after the first one ended too. It's just that there's a whole panini going on that it had to be delayed ^^
Christian Feb 21, 2022
Vagabond is #1 on my list when it comes to a second season, the way it ended was absolutely outrageous lol :') I can handle an ambiguous ending but that one just left way too many questions. The story wasn't even properly wrapped up, which is the bare mininum even for somewhat "open" endings.

And YES VINCENZO. I love how even if the show had a completely satisfying ending we all just want to see more of it because it was that good. Even knowing a second season could potentially ruin things, I can't help but want one because I just crave more of the characters. If there was something like a special episode or a movie I'd be happy enough too.

Finally yes!! That was the Best drama and there should be the same cast of S1! They can start shooting drama without…
SJK is filimg his chaebol drama right now, but that airs this year and he'll be finished around summer. If Arthdal S1 is airing in 2023, the most early they would start filming is late 2022 so there's enough time for him.
