Last season was original but this season is going Grey's Anatomy route.. with forced drama.. Not saying that I…
Ohhhhhhh ... I thought it was just me! Lol. Totally felt the same way for the last 2 episodes, not that I'm complaining... I loved the latest episode and how everyone came into spotlight.
I am a sucker for sageuk dramas, but unfortunately in the recent years I have been mostly disappointed. In this…
Totally agree with you in here. I was surprised that I got hooked on the first 2 episodes when I got disappointed because I thought this was a fantasy drama but ended up as crime and political.
San (the bad twin) died protecting his brother, not the Crown Prince. The Guardian Warrior had already stepped…
I understand the frustrations of this drama and wanting revenge for the characters but this was fairly explained in the end during the conversation between the prince and Jae-yi when she asked him how he felt about the whole thing. Then the prince asked her back how did she feel? If she felt that way, then she would understand how the prince would have felt.
It's telling the audience that nothing will happen if grudges were kept and being satisfied will be done through the death or punishment of the people who committed grave sins. What they want was for it to be avoided in the future, which actually makes sense to me.
After recent miscasts Ai Hashimoto has finally found the role that matches her beauty and skill set as an actress.…
Glad I found this comment. I love all her scenes in this drama and the impact it left me as a viewer. And yes... It does make you tear out because everything felt all heartfelt and warm.
I love love love this drama!!!! I don't mind losing sleep over it. I'm still at ep 6 so I'm avoiding reading your comments for now. I wouldn't want to be spoiled as this is a mystery drama and that's what makes it interesting for, aside for the main leads of course. I just wish things don't end up in misunderstanding between ml and fl, that situation kind of gets annoying when it happens. I also thought it's just 16 episodes but I'm happy they made it 20!!! More mysteries to unfold.
He's 40 but still looooooking goooood! Though in this drama, the lines on his face is evident compared to when he starred in Nirvana in Fire. (I LOVE that drama BTW)
I so feeeeeel you with the ending!!!! I was gonna give it a 9 but had to make it an 8 instead. It was seriously cute all over but that final stage of gudetama's life was so disturbing it gave me a nightmare. Gah!
I just finished watching it and the cinematography and fight scenes were beautiful... I would have given it a 9 if it weren't for the story and the plot twist. I face palmed so many times because I cannot for the love of me... I cannot comprehend the turn out in the middle and I cannot accept the conclusion despite that plot twist. I just ask my self over and over again... WHY?!? Plus... Lee Jun Ho was wasted in here. His character could have had more depth but ended up just like, that. T_T
I get actor make more money with less effort than idols but most of the time they do not know how to pick projects.…
I can't agree though with the less effort part, because from the moment they choose the script up to the end of the filming up to the post promotion... I think that's all part of their hard work. Acting is do and die, if you do it badly your reputation gets ruined and will take time and another work to get out of it. If you get bad scripts or chose the wrong drama, your reputation gets ruined as well. It may not seem as cut throat like in the KPOP industry as that one seems more fast paced, but it's almost in the same line of the entertainment industry. Nothing is ever easy. Everything takes effort and acting has its own severe competition behind the scenes which most people are not aware of.
It's telling the audience that nothing will happen if grudges were kept and being satisfied will be done through the death or punishment of the people who committed grave sins. What they want was for it to be avoided in the future, which actually makes sense to me.
I loved the novel, I read it right after watching the drama and can't help but think of wang kai while reading through it.
it was a really good show.. now I don't know what to watch T_T
