Too slow paced, too repetitive plots in episodes... as told before, a film would be lovely, 16ep of same dialogue…
Its like an 8/10 I think the writer was trying for more true to life where people argue about the same things over and over. Unfortunately that is not great entertainment. It gets old fast hearing the same thing in each episode. Should have been 1/2 the episodes.
a lot of filler between ep. 5 -7; really like the cast, can't say I watched the well produced but super boring to me "reality" show scenes. The FL & ML flashback in ep. 7 back to their student days was kind of interesting in that it gave a little background but they look like middle aged people doing it.
Have to admit I agree with the ML mom at the gallery showing that the PD works on vulgar tv shows. Those shows are very popular but I don't get whats so great at all.
Lee Da Hee though very beautiful and talented actress. CSW great casting for this ML role.
weirdly not enjoying it as much as I thought I would and having watched ep.4 its feeling like a chore maybe I'll come back after all the episodes have aired.
2nd watch; love a lot of the dialog. Not a fan of dim and dark settings. What would it have been like if most of it was shot in the day? Hate the OST song at this point.
The younger sister's French was excellent! Most of the other characters were pretty entertaining: the overbearing father the high-end influential father. Ji Ho's noona boss at work. The FL co-workers.
It's the slowest of slow burns. So on the 2nd watch I skipped over 2/3 of each episode.

yes, it kind of sucks and they are just dramatizing. however, as the parents they realize how tough the world is. of course if you come from money you can do anything you want. still have to work hard most of the time. show hasn't finished; mom is going to some horrible things which do not support.
Oh come on with the noble friend; they like each other so what the friend had heart surgery. Cliche plot but still enjoyed this a lot. Its not as if just because it starts in 1999 the plot has to be from then too?!?
I have been waiting and waiting for a comedy like this! Love all the cast. Even the bit parts are great like Aziz and the taxi driver in ep. 2 00:38.31.
What I don't like is that the close up shots with high resolution cameras you can see skin pores and what not. Cinematographer people fix this stuff. Also, Go Sung Hee is beautiful but she doesn't seem to have any makeup was that intentional or was this some sort of artistic choice?
I love the absolutely hilarious idea the Lee Da Hee is a "regular" looking woman and men don't pay enough attention to her! Loved end of ep. 1! The ML and FL def. have chemistry.
This was very soothing but it really is like visiting the countryside; nothing is happening NOTHING. I watched the whole thing gave it a 7/10. Some people like its peaceful vibe but I think the writer ran out of steam.
