Well.. I don't know about dramas (you've watched more dramas than I have), but maybe you should try Densha otoko, or Ditto. Hello gost is also a little romance but there's a lot of crying too. If you want less crying and more laughing then I recommend Hi Dharma. Try also As one - amazing movie.

I've already watched 'Afro Tanaka' - Matsuda Shota is freaking awesome in this movie. 'I have to buy new shoes' looks interesting.

Damn! I haven't cried so much for a very long time. In certain moments I had to stop the movie - I honestly couldn't see the screen because of my tears.

I hope there will be second season. I know that some people can be bored watching it but for me it was more absorbing than any other action or detective movie or drama. Maybe because I love reading books:]
