There aren't many ongoing dramas. As of today, the only ongoing drama [on this list] is Moonlight. (I also wasn't sure when the article would be published so better safe than sorry) :)

Thanks for the recs! I haven't watched these 3 dramas before, and I'm surprised to hear that they are also an indirect trilogy!

Ohno...I was kind of excited for another Xianxia until I saw the cast. I'm on hating on the leads or anything, but I can't imagine them as people of the Immortal and Demon Realms. Dylan just greatly disappointed me in Miss the Dragon, the first Xianxia to ever disappoint me, and I really can't seem to imagine Esther and Dylan in a drama together. Esther seems so much more comfortable in modern settings. Just my opinion, again, I'm not hating on anyone, I'm just going to set my bar at the very lowest so that if I watch it, I won't be hoping for anything...(learned my lesson with Miss the Dragon, not going to gamble again.)

Here are some dramas that, imo, have strong female and male leads, no stupid misunderstandings and no love triangles (they're actually quite rare!)
-Put Your Head on My Shoulder
-My Little Happiness
-Moonlight (not completely sure as it's still airing, but so far so good)
-Perfect and Casual
-Professional Single
