TK really does say the word for "where" aka "odil" but is using a sort of imperative before the word with "kami" for "how dare you" etc on its own. So it changes meaning into, "(You) stay right here," bc the odil instead of being a question word for "where" is used as a place indicator in the context of the sentence... if that makes sense?

So yeah, no letter just throwing back the ring at him bc fuck him that is why. And i was pissed at her staring at him only when he teased her to say i love you back. I know she more an action not words kind of gal, but oh boy does her actions speak in this eps and none of it are good as they don't show a single shred of care for him. Like others said here, since she eagerly groveled to Howler Monkey asking for forgiveness i accept nothing less below it what concerns Taekyung. He has missed out not only on Haneul's birth and vital months of bonding and that all due to noble idiocy that amounted to NOTHING.

Yeah you basically said what i did in my summary in less words and less swearing (at YD) but i could not agree more. Especially the last part.

Remember eps 25 i believe when she cared more about teaching granny and swatted TK aside as if he is a nasty fly, when he told her he wants to spend time with her when he is home? This is it, but amped by a looooooooooot like a wholeass year of NOTHING/NOT CARING

if she in fact did, the writers once more did a pisspoor job of showing that outside of one singular scene post birth during a misery of her own making. Plus as said before BJH's sometimes apathetic acting does not help matters.

I would be waaaaay less harsh with Yeondoo here if she had sent him as much as a text message or something from a burner phone for all i care. Just giving him a sign of life and wishing him well. LIKE SOMETHING FFS. Because i am supposed to root for them as a couple, right? Makes it quite hard when it feels so very onesided.

With how it is written here, it really looks as if she does not give a single shit about him anymore, and hasn't ever since getting on that bus a year ago. It is definitely a writer's problem here but also BJH sometimes apathetic acting does not help, lmao. We had the same shit in eps 25 where YD was a callous asshole toward TK bc the writers/acting effed up, and here it is really turned up to eleven, yikes

And yes two timeskips of first 5 months and then ten minutes later we are jumping ahead another 7 months, because fuck the viewers that is why. And Taekyung in particular, who is the show's favorite punching bag.

i mean... given how Yeondoo acted all the way through this episode, first with pretending to stay at his side just to vanish into the night without even leaving him a personal letter, and then continuously not giving a shit if he is dead or alive for a whole year until coincidence forced her to face him, i cannot find much of a lie in that tho 🤷‍♀️

she protected nothing, least of all my braincells that i felt dying during all scenes of this episode not containing TK.
