Probably not even himself, because he is all new to this heh. So he has a lot to catch up on now, and the man is craving that emotional connection and all the cheesy stuff. I mean he pretty much acknowledges that "he is pathetic" but cannot help it because he likes her *so* much, heh.

I think he treated his prior partners well too, just has been and kept it emotionally distant, hence why it was so easy for him to call it off with his ex gf. So there was never a deep emotional bond to begin with. With Yeondoo however, this man is already distressed if she is out of his sight and/or went to in a different room without him like a puppy left behind, lol. He basically ceased to function the few days they were apart, so i actually fear the separation arc that is most likely coming up soon haha.

I am actually not surprised he is super mushy when in love bc he is that kind of guy who always wanted emotional connection but was constantly rejected/told not being good enough by his abusive family until he stopped trying and started acting cold and distant to protect himself from further rejection/hurt. With Yeondoo that act was no longer needed bc she accepted him just the way he is, spoke up for him and always met him halfway 😭 Hence him turning into a sunshine golden retriever puppy around her is only logical, bc this man has so much love to give and now finally someone he utterly adores AND who appreciates his affection (however cat-like or grumpy at times hehe) And that is the cutest thing <3

For me upon first time watching the first episodes were definitely the hardest to get through but now i am obsessed and all of it is due to its cute cute cute leads <3 This drama requires you to have patience tho, as all characters are at their worst in the beginning.

Yeah i think that scare could become a reason for her to withdraw and leave the household to protect her child and taking some time to think about where to go from there. That could be their separation phase and also leading to TK coming clean to his mother, hopefully. I actually think it is not as important for the rest of the fam to know than it is for Inok and eventually CS too. Not sure about BN bc she is very volatile in these matters so i would rather leave her out of it till much later. BN is related to Jinjja either way through her daughter so it should not be as an issue as it is for Inok and CS. And i am using issue here liberally since Inok would end up loving the child either way and i think CS too. But Inok in particular has a right to know that there is no blood-relation to her grandchild then, i think.

Yep. Out of this reason alone this plot element would make zero sense, so i really hope it stays a dumb rumor or misinterpretion as it would turn CS into the biggest hypocrite (encouraging adoption to his son and having adopted TK himself, who also would hate then)

Oh agree. Buddy said it was a draft of a script that the staff using daum chatroom open by accident, so there are still revisions happening, most likely. I also think the whole story bit with CS would make no sense as he would self-manipulate himself so hard with it and effectively be on his wife's and TK's shitlist. Their relationship is still shaky, but it had become better since YD moved in... why would he jeopardize that progress now in favor of an anon rumor anyone could have made? Taekyung would not forgive him that, easy as. Makes little sense, while the other items on the list do, actually as the whole message thing could be the “papertrail” leading to manic mandy and her connection to JH. There is also the rumor of the hellion clown circus playing a couple "to break up YD/TK " and flailing failfish pushing trashman toward telling CS about his relationship with YD. I would prefer it greatly if TK comes clean to his mom, maybe during their phase of separation that comes before it because he is miserable and doesn't know what to do now. And is struggling with her decision to leave (lbr, the instigation for a separation will all come from YD’s side), not knowing how to fix it and him becoming a father... that is leading then to the confession of it all. Because him needing her help and perspective. I also think that his parents are needed to know it first and foremost out of all the people. Preferably only his mother first, bc she has a broader pov due to her background. I am not saying to keep it forever from the other family members but imo it would suffice if Inok would know it only, had time to stomach it and then could take her husband aside to tell him gently about it. Others could follow later on when needed, but them knowing or not does not makes much of a difference, imo, since in their eyes TK is the father and it would remain that way either way, except the lack of blood relation.(or little if TK and JH do turn out half-brothers after all lol) Daesung is fully on their team tho I am not sure what to do with Bong Nim, bc she would hate it. Imo she is better off not knowing for now, lol. DW has one braincell and it is busy elsewhere so better not tell him or else he does one of his super stupid impulsive stunts. Better not to rock that boat. I am not certain if it matters as much to YD’s fam as it does to his parents, bc through YD they are still blood-related to Jinjja either way. Inok however is fundamental to it, with her "absolution" of their lie and coming clean as she is the main source of YD’s guilt. Thus she is essential in bringing them back together in forgiving them and clear the way for their new start together. And also pls have them register their marriage then for real (pun intended as it make things so much easier for TK at birth)

As for the miscarriage scare, it will be exactly that only, should it come to happen. Jinjja is integral to the story and the titular star so the child will be okay. But it could become a reason for YD to split with Taekyung in order to protect her child, to withdraw from the source of stress and guilt, his family. It could lead to the former scenario of TK coming clean to Inok and to terms with future fatherhood, bc he can’t live without her anymore. I really hope that it won’t be outside forces that force a reveal of the lie and especially not the hellion clown duo. Which would be unlikely anyway since a) By now garbage guy is actually very convinced of not being the father thanks to TK’s stellar verbal dismemberment of it all and him, and b) blunder barbie lacks any evidence for this claim and CANNOT afford to put more spotlight onto her incompetent self in regards of that. Hell, even that anon comment is bound to backfire sooner or later and lead back to her. c) no dna test merry go arounds until the kid is born, so there is ample time to disarm these demons from their dna cannons until then. (Not to mention at birth TK can claim Jinjja as his own child legally, and it would needed to be contested legally as well. Which lol, shithead would never, since the deadbeat is well a deadbeat for a reason)

The only reason why I could see CS playing “disapproving father” is should JH reveal to be the ex of YD, combined with the rumor on the website this would arise some questions for him. HOWEVER it is still not a reason to go family drama gungho on them without any room for explanations. Since Taekyung could refute that as easily as he’d done with shithead before, buy them time and gift hellion circus another loss. So all in all that part makes no sense for CS to force a break up, while I quite like the idea of TK worrying of being ready to become a father. Which is normal part of the process and should happen for a believable character development regarding him. Especially given his past and well, how fast it all happened and how it would change his life forever, of course. So I am glad he has with Daesung someone in his corner outside of YD to talk things through. I am sure it will help to make things clearer for him. So he is ready for it when it matters most.
