They are not saying they are in love. I think it’s a mistranslation. “Ishq”, “Pyaar” or “Pasand”.…
yeah and the feelings he spoke of is not love at this stage, but really more an (undeniable) attraction toward each other, along with the curiosity and wish to get to know the other person better. He expressed that at the end of the episode toward her, even ("I want to know all about you, every detail") So that is what they are doing now, getting to know each other and see where it leads, albeit in "secret" atm due to their circumstances.

At the end Lee Shi woo received a call, this made me worry. Maybe it's from SFL.Just hoping both second leads…
I feel that is the whole reason for their existence in this drama, unfortunately.

I had no idea who Song Kang was before this, but I love his character and the energy he brings in here so much.
Me neither, bc a) I am still a kdrama newb somewhat and b) His other dramas have not appealed to me (nevertheless, love alarm) or i have not watched yet (sweet home, navillera) so this is my first drama with him in the lead role and i quite like his character here. Good balance of smart, perceptive guy with a refreshing bluntness and emotional maturity, and more than a dash of caring, adorable puppy xD

Its up for me
Enjoy <3 i am from germany, so i would have to wait months for the drama to be actually released in my region. Hence why i am playing the refresh game on a pirated site right now despite having a netflix sub, lol.

His character in this show already screams dependable/caring tho and he also has made it clear that he is not…
Nevertheless and love alarm were not my cup of tea so this is actually the first drama i watch with song kang (sweet home is on my watchlist tho) and I really enjoy his character and directness in this drama so far. I do think it will end happy tho :)

God, I live for Shi Woo's directness. It is such a breath of fresh air in kdramaland where characters normally wait till episode 8 or more to express what they mean/want/feel, bless. Also all the little things he did in episode 3 for Jin Ha which well showed he (already) cares for her long before voicing it, aww. And he is pretty perceptive too. Really enjoying his character so far.

I just hope it’s a happy ending. I love Song Kang, but I’m tired of his playboy roles. I hope he wins this…
His character in this show already screams dependable/caring tho and he also has made it clear that he is not the type to flirt around and wants to date her for real. Or in short: Main Lead Boyfriend(tm) material, so i would not worry too much about him falling off this path, so to speak ;)

Guess the hate is for the change in Kdramas recently! Not many are used to see elaborate scenes and stories such…

Shouldn't people be glad to get qualitative better stories nowadays? Lmao, hating new dramas for telling mature stories with complex characters and relationships and calling it "western style" is so damn silly. Given I am kinda new to kdramas, but this shift is the reason why i can never go back and watch the classic kdramas of ten years (or more) ago. It is a shift for the better with them now omitting cheap, overused tropes and toxic/abusive dynamics, relationships and flat characters many of the old shows were ripe of. This is why i vastly prefer to watch and catch up on kdramas of the recent years as they are qualitively better in all regards as they were back then imo. Ofc, it helps i don't wear nostalgia glasses too. But yeah it is such a stupid argument/reason to dislike new(er) shows.

Not my cup of tea, Looking for slow burn romance, i mean first kiss in last few episodes not sex in second episode…
It is just another form of slow burn, in reverse order. Which started physical/with casual sex, but it takes time until they catch feelings when/after they get to know each other. So the emotional payoff comes later as in every slow burn romance, just with the difference that their romance arc started physically instead of "ended" as it is otherwise.

Title Moonshine
Even Merchant Shim has way more loyalty than a certain character in episode 13-14 😂
This is funny because it is true 😂

Considering the reviews and comments, this must be doing well. I am starting this today, hopefully, it's a decent…
The romance between ML's and character development of basically everyone is great too, except maybe for CP who sadly does a 180 in the latest episodes for some stupid reason/dramatic plot tension. Ahem. Overall a very enjoyable watch which scratches the itch left by mr. queen at least a bit for me, tho.

Title Mr. Queen
I LOVED IT. it definitely deserves all the hype it gets! I thought I´ll be disappointed by the finale but I actually…
Yeees, the plot is well executed under all the wacky exterior, so thanks for mentioning that. Because on my rewatch i noticed all the small details i missed before and it made me appreciate the drama even more. Because while Mr. Queen is hilarious the plot and character writing is so well thought out too, which gets a bit forgotten under all the (great) comedy, imo. Ngl, I have yet to find another drama where all the elements and well-written plot/characters blend into each other as splendid as Mr. Queen does it. Aka the characters, acting, cinematography, romance, action, drama and comedy. A true fusion sageuk, indeed <3

Title Encounter
Ngl, while i like romance, i am watching this mainly for Park Bo Gum who is like a ray of sunshine on a rainy day in every drama he is in. His smile never fails to make me happy and is very infectious in the best way <3

That running gag of Dong Goo obsessing over something during the movie producing meeting and ending up yelling it out loud as it burst out of him.... which then accidently became part of the movie because the director found it to be a great idea had me in stitches every time. God i love KJH's acting in general but especially during these scenes hahaha

Hwarang! Man to Man is also very funny
In terms of sageuk's/historical dramas... definitely Mr. Queen, so so good and the comedy is always on point, mixing perfectly with action, drama and romance. Also Welcome to Waikiki has a high and good comedy factor with lovable characters and a dash of romance.
