It may be that BXS saw that YH was dying after the Heart Protection Scale was taken, so he asked the Dark Lord to help her survive the blow, as she was seen with dark powers (dark practitioner's power) again when she stabbed YT (and YT pulled the sword deeper before kissing her). Her makeup and clothes have changed into badass mode at that time.

It's like YH has the First Aid Kit in her body. Emergency alert. When you're in shock, you may not be able to think properly. And he does have feelings because look at his face when he stabs her while saying "I'm sorry".
