sounds like her acting improve finally something to look forward to !!!! i skipped a lot of drama i desperately wanted to watch because after her parts... i have hard time being taken into the drama with the characters..

i quote ur review "Dilraba’s voice pitch was way high" OK PLEASE CAST HER INSTEAD the IS IT OKAy ? she IS a very GOOD ACTRESS compare to esther yu... just look at her sitting with supporting roles on the same conversation and u can see even the supporting actresses is acting well, expression, the way they talk etc... Esther yu talkin is not the annoying part, u observe her expression her eyes her eyebrows her cheeks and mouth her expression does not show example like she sound scared in her voice, but her expression feel so ... where is the scared at ???

@aliii is it that good? i try 1-2 ep then but if esther's acting anything like the level in LBFAD i will give up
i wanted to watch that cause got zhang ling he, but afraid cuz whenever i see esther yu in the cast im afraid of her acting LBFAD i like the drama ongoing but due to her i keep pausing halfway the show and only completed it maybe a month + idk

UPDATED: i tried, i forwarded to her parts in episode 2 journey to you.... theres a part she's sitting with 2 other actresses having tea and a conversation, the other 2 im guessing supporting actress, have expression in their conversation... but whenever the camera goes to esther yu, is just doing trick angles because u can obviously see she's not doing the expressions....
u can see even the director is assisting her because she don't really act well.. i give up also.......BUT very cute scene > Jolin and ZLH arguing hahahahah

the double was abit slow at first but afterwards its smoother and nice =) plus the actors can act so that's that. i was watching blue whisper and LBFAD at the same time, BW i could not sleep so absorbed in the story i watch it non stop, whereas LBFAD i watched 2 ep and i feel like sleeping, i have to say Dylan was HOT in the show though and his acting is good ! but esther maked me dragged the show i think i completed it one month or so, and i rarely do that. i normally finish in one sitting like example flower of evil kdrama i was so absorbed, i wanted to sleep in 2 episodes end up i watch all 16 episodes till next day...

sounds about right... yeah i read some info somewhere she gets typecasted cause she bring in alot money, background good i guess. but her acting makes u dont get absorbed into the drama emotions if u get what i mean. like some actors cry make u cry u get ? but im willing to try if her acting improves but so far i don't know yet since i hvnt watch anything with her yet after LBFAD..

her acting... in fad very not good tho like when it was suppose to be fear i dont see fear, sound fear but no expression, when surprise or shock as well her facial expression dont show what her sound sounds like

is like this, depends on the type of person that watches it also, maybe just right the people who watches it don't like this kind of drama, happens to alot of drama all the time. some movies rated by critic 2/5 but common reviewers 4/5 and was success in box office, similar scenario. just like some legendary drama like blue whisper or say yanxi palace

wanted badly to watch this but not sure due to esther yu's acting in LBFAD.

tbh i will choose to watch xianxia FIRST too, then i prolly watch the pearl one when i feel like watching next haha

waiting for them to be complete ~~~ but maybe if pearl finishes first i might watch that first hahaha pearl is for a thinking hard day, and eastern game is for fun
p.s. i been avoiding esther yu drama since LBFAD hope shes acting better now or maybe ill just be forwarding fast or dropping the show haha

the avenger took the body apart and change the body to the prof daughter, the limbs were of the witness. so in the end he realised he has assaulted his own daughter's body by his own hands just like how the avenger sister was assaulted by his report.

haha must be a plothole! that or he didnt do his job properly haha

IMO i think the professor "dad" died too easy, should have went to jail for the tempering evidence and killing the antagonist as well as forever living his life knowing and recalling what he did to his own daughter by his own hands.
People's daughter is also someone kid, like your own daughter is precious other ppl is shit? yes to save her life but turn it the other way it will save the victim's life.
so i feel all is his doing. imagine her family living turmoil, vs him one gun and die peacefully, they suffered so lonnggg..
the only innocent and pity is the daughter and the witness(which may get revenge for being powerless).

oh i heard of that before i tried watching the trailer but it was too triggering for me so i could not watch it ><. i have NO IDEA WHY THO triggering for me, i can watch its okay thats love no problem, (cried a lot)

becuz love does not cure disorder like a flick of the hand HAHA
i have some disorder and issues too (and also a few friends with diff disorders) and so offended by this drama like this should be a fantasy story, i rather watch "Doom at your service" which does not really talk about the show being a psychology show but really shows the in dept emotional stuff, like this first episode when the FL found out about her sickness and she when she is home just sits in front of the bucket, im like omg so relateable, different stuff but thats what exactly how it feels

but if u like it enough to recommend it i guess it serves it purpose, it is a tv show, and for entertainment purpose HAHA
