It's on Viki now :) The last 4 eps are still missing, so wait for another two weeks if you want to binge watch…
Mh that is weird :/ I watched it via the website, so that shouldn't be the problem. Can you not see the title at all or just not the episodes? Do you have a subscription? I'm a QC there, so I have the Standard Pass...
a question, am i the only one who feel a disconnection with young and present characters? i feel like they are…
The adult cast is really different from the younger characters early on, but I feel that's kind of the point? E.g. young Ji Soo to me seems so fixated on young Jae Hyun because she doesn't really have many people on her side (just that one friend and maybe her mom?). And she even comes to adopt his beliefs and convictions to stand up for herself and people on the losing side.
Ironically she is the one who still sticks to those beliefs 20 years later instead of him. I feel like adult Ji Soo is still pretty close to what the younger one becomes, but we'll have to see more of the past to really judge that. It's one of the points I really like about the drama, because it makes me curious to find out why and how their break up happened and how much of an effect it had on Jae Hyun changing so much. Also will he be able to change back to his old self? Or will he only be worried about innocent people getting hurt when Ji Soo is affected by it? Adult Jae Hyun was already saying to his wife that he'll probably make some different choices from now on, so I'm personally really excited for what's to come, even if it probably includes lots of tears :P
i have no idea what this is about i just clicked on this drama but the reviews are so high is it worth it?
If you're interested in watching a drama that shows the darker side of people, you should give it a try. I'm only on ep 4, so no idea how it holds up until the end, but I'm really intrigued because what's happening seems more like out of a dark movie than something you'd get to see in a kdrama. Which I am a fan of because you can spend much more time with the characters in a drama than in a movie.
I have such a sweet tooth, so from all the Korean food I tried in Seoul I miss Hotteok the most ♥ Among the store bought snacks I really enjoyed Choco Pie!
Does anyone knows what was written on the wall at last scene? It wasnt in the subtitles >.<
In the version I saw it was translated along the lines of: Independence fighters pass through this place. If I understand the Korean text correctly, it just says "members", so the meaning of them being members of the independence movement is probably implied.

I'm really glad that DotS was so successful unlike other pre-produced dramas before it. Hopefully that trend…
I've only seen that soompi article about the suicide of the Drinking Solo assistant pd, so I don't know enough about that case. Seems like his family wants his working environment at his company to be investigated, maybe we'll find out more then.
Off the top of my head I can only think of a few pre-produced dramas in the past. What's Up comes to mind, which didn't manage to secure a timeslot on a public network and aired on cable some time later instead, and Friend, Our Legend which was a ratings flop despite starring Hyun Bin (although I have to admit it's not a public friendly drama). I can think of a lot more recent dramas though: upcoming Hwarang, Saimdang and Man to Man; Entourage, Cinderella and the 4 Knights, Scarlet Heart Ryeo, 1% of Anything (the remake), Uncontrollably Fond, Police Unit 38 and probably a lot more I don't remember at the moment^^

Yeah, the second ep (or 3+4 depending on the numbering) kind of made it obvious :P
