On The Price of Confession Dec 30, 2025
Kim Go Eun once again proved how great of an actress she is. She literally is the only one who saved & give justice to the plot 😭

-An Yunsu's panicky & reckless tendencies makes her a very easy target for any wrong doing. Like I wouldn't want to call her character dumb but she did test my patience a number of times
-Prosector is biased asf
-Reason for Kidae's death is underwhelming asf bc they did not build up the characters of the murderer for the motive to be believable

Have high expectation about this series but it fell short. They have sufficient 12 eps to make it work but nah. It is still a great watch though, 8/10 for me.

An Yunsu's reckless behavior either kept you on your toes or pissed you off. Most of the time, I just scream to her & get mad šŸ’€ Like girl, I thought you watch csi why r u not thinking before acting jeez.

Title The Double
It has a great plot but I wouldn't say I enjoyed it all throughout the series. There are some loopholes in the execution of the plot & boring parts which I struggled to get through but I commend the actress playing Princess Wanning, she's so good. I would say that her character has more depth & is more realistic than the female lead character. Also, I don't see the need for that kind of ending, very unnecessary. How hard is it to end a series like usual lol.

I love animals but going to the zoo makes me feel guilty so it has always been on my bucket list to go to a safari which may never happen in this lifetime (lol) so I enjoyed this so much!!! Wish it was longer!!! And it's kinda weird that they center their marketing of the show, before it was aired, on giraffe but only put in few minutes for the last part.

Healer and The Worst of Evil is his best work
Lol thank you. You have it spot on. I watched serial killer dramas but woe was just too violent for my taste. I'm actually surprise to be insulted just for simply staying my preference. That was wild. šŸ˜šŸ’€

I love healer, it's the drama that made me his fan. Worst of evil is not my cup of tea

From K2, I never fully enjoy an action drama with jcw in it until now. Worst of Evil is too dark for me & he's not exactly the main character in Gangnam bside. I enjoyed watching this series a lot! A great extended version of fabricated city movie. I was twiddling my thumbs waiting for new episodes every week.

My only regret is that taejoong does not have actual real advantage to go fight side by side with the main villain. No exciting confrontation between taejoong & yohan - it's always yohan having all the cards & taejoong being at significant disadvantage. Those make their scenes a bit lacking like he only won bc we're at the last ep already.

Fortunately, there's that road chasing scene between jcw & kwangsoo. That was the highlight of the series. That was so exciting, I was practically screaming during that scene lol.
The confrontationS between jcw & that gang leader prisoner are very fun & interesting as well!

Could you name a few pls? I haven't enjoyed a legal kdrama since extraordinary miss woo and this. Suggestions…
Hmmm lemme think these are only ones (legal dramas) I've watched:
-Juvenile justice (crimes of minors)
-Good Partner (divorce)
-Lawless lawyer (revenge, gangster)
-Doctor Lawyer (medical litigation)
-Devil judge (dystopia, courtroom "reality show")
-I Hear Your Voice (this is really old but a good one)
-Why Her
-Law School (the main characters here are law students)
-Again My Life (time travel, not much courtroom scenes but a good one)

Ones I haven't watched but heard that they're good:
-Hyena
-Stranger
-Suits

It's slowly losing its momentum, I'm sad bc it has potential. So many opportunities lost where we could have tension filled scenes like idc if it was cliche just give us something! Also, I need dramas esp bls to stop dragging the ex problem more than necessary.
