That's exactly it. Too much bickering over the course of the entire episode killed my interest in the clever opening scene and premise.

Well, darn it. The first episode opened up with such a interesting and creepy scenario. I was even digging the brownish filter to designate the past time frame. But the friction between the characters and the almost nothing that occurs related to the investigation over the course of the first episode was a real disappointment. I know this is just a first impression on the first episode but veteran rookie bickering for the majority of the episode did not land well by the end.

Is pronounced laughter in certain things is definitely noticeable and stands out, but I never in a million years would have attributed it too bad acting. I just figured it was a character decision, and as the Director said a defense mechanism.

I have yet to see five and six but I just got the memo that those will be the final episodes. What a crime. I haven't heard whether there will be a second season, or if there is a cliffhanger but this drama deserved more out of the gate. The first four, that I've seen, are fantastic. Hyun Bin has not been one of my favorites, historically. However he is reserved nature works perfectly here.

What a great cast. Too bad I'm not into medical dramas or serial killers at the moment.

I have not been this hard after a drama and sometime. I cannot wait to watch the next episode but I have to go to bed. From the peaceful historical backdrops to the understated acting to the soothing, peaceful music, this drama serves 100. Six episodes in and can't wait to watch the next one. The two leads are fantastic, but it is the Anthology interludes, and the stories they follow that continue to drive the story. Reminds me of Korean dramas like Tomorrow and May I Help you.

Doctor Who has taken a hit in viewership and creative quality in the last few years. Doesn't mean I still don't have a heart for it.

Am I the only one to mention doctor who? I didn't read through all the comments but I didn't see any mention in the ones I read.

After two episodes I am All In. Couldn't help but notice the Doctor Who similarities. If it continues to be as clever and exciting with excellent visuals, I'll be pleased.

I despise getting behind on the earring dramas. But I can't imagine there'll be any more this week.

I thought the trail of the funeral was done very well. Her character we hardly knew, I too got a little emotional.

We've only seen bits and pieces in flashback and I was getting the impression that he broke up some kind of trafficking ring. But you could definitely be right that something goes sideways along the way.

Well said. I don't like the waiting, but I'm excited by the anticipation.

10 episodes will feel longer if we only get one a week.
