I have not liked MOST of Park Bo Gum's dramas although I LOVE him. I have huge expectations that this will finally be a good drama for him with a great leading lady!
I have been watching Kdramas for 12 years and Lee Da Hee and Choi Si Won were somehow the PERFECT Kdrama couple I never realized but was in my face this whole time. They were literally BORN to be together. WOW! Sizzling hot, perfection. Great casting! 9 End 2 outs but with a couple that has ON FIRE chemistry! 🔥 Love it!
Jung Il Woo and Yu Ri are just the greatest couple ever! They have perfectly translated their killer chemistry in Bossam to this. Sageuk or modern day. It doesn't matter. They are the best!💕💕💕💕💕
Hear that sound?! That is me woohooing and the very top of my lungs! This is an amazing team of actors, writer, director! Just so wow! I'm really happy because I have not liked some of PBG's choices and had to drop Record of Youth like a bad habit early on it was so awful. IU is on a roll with her choices, so I am so excited!
What I used to love most about Kdramas is that they understood less is more with a good show, something American TV never did until more recently. American TV would take a good show like ER or House and then drag it out for years and years until it was just a terrible shell. I hate to see Kdramas getting longer and making sequels that are never as good just to milk it. :(
IF this is a prequel, fine then. IF this is a sequel how are they going to explain that Naksu's body didn't get burnt to a crisp?!? Is there a body swap we are going to see later on? Did they burn someone else's body and she is in magical stasis somewhere?
If anyone else is watching this AND "Why Her", how nice is it to see a lawfirm with decent human beings after watching that vile cesspool that is TK?!?! So nice!
I don't know why but I anticipate Park Min Young and Go Kyung Po being really really good together. Something about them just clicks for me. Hope I am right!
Just watched ep 7, and can we all just bow down to the greatness that is Lee Sun Bin cursing in the restaurant scene?! I think that goes down as the greatest curse scene of all time, even better than National Lampoon's Xmas Vacation. We are not worthy!!!!
Honestly wasn't going to watch this, but when some other dramas I planned on watching ended up not hooking me, I wanted something light and gave this a try. It's actually much better than I thought it would be. I figured it would be so campy I wouldn't be able to handle the cringe-factor. But it has so much heart and the leads are actually really warm and endearing even in the silliness. It's not some magnum opus, but it is fun and delightful.
Awesome. But in your list of his roles how on earth did you forget Joseon X-Files?! It is only one of the greatest and most unique Kdramas ever made! And he is oh so very perfect in it!
I don't normally laugh aloud at Kdramas but I was dying at the end of this episode with the absolute awkward adorkableness of our male lead and then the female lead too! So freaking cute! I love that kind of oddball humor. I have never liked Kim Go Eun in anything (even though I loved Goblin), but I actually like her in this. The animation is also really well done.
I finished Navillera right before I started this and needed another low key feel good drama. If Navillera made me cry a Spring rain, this drama made me cry a biblical flood! Lee Je Hoon said he cried reading every script of this drama and I can believe it! So good!?
So glad I picked this back up. I wasn't expecting to like Na In Woo in it (because I couldn't stand him in Mr Queen), but the end of episode 11!!!!! OMO! He was so freaking good there. Now I am excited for more!
I hope it's Kwak Dongyeon! Vincenzo is basically pre-produced so I think he can do it :)
This! Pretty sure it was mostly preproduced already and his role is not that big. Plus it will take a while for them to redo the eps for this, so plenty of time!
