I am enjoying this but not a fan of the ghost singer plot. They can both get into trouble if this becomes public…
I do hope their relationship stays strong, though some sort of rift is bound to happen. My positive thoughts are that she reveals to the public that the voice they kept voting for (in the upcoming variety show) is actually MokHa and RanJoo's basically using her platform to give MokHa the head start since she was robbed 15 years for a chance to make it big.
IDK why people are questioning who Kiho is... it's obviously BoGeol. No doubt. I saw some people say "of course it's WooHak" because of the whole memory issue lol that's clearly just coincidence. I do wonder why BoGeol isn't revealing himself. At first I thought it's because he himself doesn't remember his traumatic past. But when the high school friends were on the phone earlier in today's episode it's clear Kiho knows who he is himself. So that automatically clears out WooHak so the question remains as to why BoGeol is feigning ignorance. Also RanJoo recognized him so that was also a dead giveaway. My only guess is because he doesn't want his dad to find him again, but there's probably something more because even if he is scared of his dad coming back, I'd assume him wanting to reunite with MokHa is greater. I don't think he doesn't remember who he is, but of course we're only on ep 3 so my theory keeps changing. IF I'm correct and he does remember his past I'm assuming the writers of the show are going to show his true reaction to finding MokHa, meeting her multiple times afterwards, etc. --basically everything that happened so far but we didn't get to see in his perspective. That would be great. I'd love to see their tearful reunion.
Usually I don't really like when they start off a drama with the kids' perspective-- but man this one hit different. The child actors are magnificent and their acting was top-knotch. Obviously casting was perfect, the resemblance between both are uncanny, though everyone is talking about the female lead and her counterpart to be twins. When they show her on the island I got Island of the Blue Dolphins vibes (idk who else has read that??) and can't wait for more!! On to ep 2 :D I hope it gets better, because most kdramas from this year were misses for me and I had to drop them after the first few episodes.
Yeah my kinda educated guess is that it's air in mid to late October.
OH hahaha no wonder I was SO SO confused!! There's no way MDL wouldn't have a drama, not to mention two, listed on their database. Thanks for the clarification! If they're showing Oh My Boss again, do you by any chance know when that rerun is ending? Since some seem to think this will air once that's done.. TY!
Man what a great ending. The eye candy in this was remarkable-- the lighting made them look so beautiful. Love the whole cast :D
The only question is the antagonist gardener. So he drank the love potion and became obsessed with her? Where'd he get info on the cursed book?? And that end credit (kinda).. does it mean something?
Oh No Last week D: Their acting is superb, visuals top notch, and though I didn't like the past story (literally took up more than half of ep 14 :/ I'm glad it's done with) it was a good explanation of the whole curse. And why he killed her. Now can we get the sweetness we needed in the last two episodes???
On a side note, when ShinYu's friend rang HongJo's doorbell and Mr.Kwon asked if she knew who he was, I was literally like IMUGI! hahahha
FL being ridiculous to break up with him, all it matter is present and all she need to do is stay by his side…
C'mon. We all know the nice FL will always be willing to put the ML before herself. This is a common trope we see where the female is willing to step back either as punishment to herself or to prevent further chaos. But also we know it won't just end there, so I personally don't really care lol
I don’t think there is any more seasons..just hoping for happy ending!
If you're an avid watcher like me you'll know that kdramas RARELY have a second season. Especially if the leads are highly-sought-out with heavy projects, it's nearly impossible. We always hope of course, because we want to see more, but it's also beautiful to end while our minds are positive, on a good note. We Scarlet Heart fans went so far as to sign petitions because of that wretched season1 ending, but we know it won't happen because it probably has one of the most star-studded cast (some who unfortunately were caught up in really negative scandals in SKorea). That being said, rumors are always just rumors because fans are willing to support if they were to make more seasons. It's just unrealistic to put it simply. I think I'll just be pleased with a 16-ep finish as long as the ending is nice :)
OKAY hear me outWhen HongJo told him about how NaYeon slapped her, he didn't really react the way I was expecting.…
OMG yes. Not only did NaYeon slap her, but she bullied her in high school to such a strong degree and ShinYu has no clue?! Definitely bothered me on another level too.
This drama just gets better and better. Something I didn't like at first is how they didn't really explain a lot of background, such as the bloody hand (some of us thought it was a metaphor for his cursed "brain" illness) and the question of how much of the past life does ShinYu remember (they didn't show us anything besides a few clips). Because of this I was really curious about whether he knew her past as AengCho (because we all knew HongJo was AengCho before they revealed it lbh) BUT now I like how they keep it a bit mysterious and keeps us guessing.
The big question remains as to what really happened in the past, like why he killed her. My guess is maybe if he killed her and got the curse for himself it wouldn't hurt her in return idk but that doesn't really make sense because she was too young to die anyways. Anyways, the most satisfying has to be him dealing with NaYeon meaning he found out about them not too long ago and only revealed it bc she was so clingy. I hope she gets what she deserves though, especially working with the old gardener. She hasn't been punished for slapping our HongJo!
I really miss his clingy cringe side from the first few episodes, it was such a new refreshing side of him. Saying the most cringe and cliche lines with a straight face was such an amusing aspect of the show, I miss that humor as the story is turning a bit more serious. Nonetheless, still great. Can't wait for next week! 2 weeks to go :D
Just had to come watching halfway today's episodee. WOW I'm so satisfied with how ShinYu brought together NaYeon and CEO Lee. So mature and you can tell he wants them together so they're out of his life. HAHAHA what a great way to get rid of obstacles in your life you know :D
OKAY hear me outWhen HongJo told him about how NaYeon slapped her, he didn't really react the way I was expecting.…
okay and like... ShinYu also is at fault. If he loves someone else (LOVE not even LIKE) it's the right thing to do to break up with your current partner! It's disrespectful, like regardless of whether NaYeon was the nicest girl alive or a serial killer, why string her along when you're flirting with someone else. You know? He tried breaking up with her once yeah, but it wasn't taken seriously and they basically forgot about it.
Omg I really can't wait for Shin Yu to discover the SFL's true face but when will it happen ??? How many more…
OKAY hear me out When HongJo told him about how NaYeon slapped her, he didn't really react the way I was expecting. He didn't look really sorry or even angry that his gf hit the girl he loves. So I really hope there is a scene where the whole epiphany of him realizing every bad thing NaYeon's ever done is satisfying.
Seriously not a dull moment in this drama. Most dramas have either good beginnings and then fall towards the middle/end but every episode of this is so exciting, it keeps me on my toes :D Can't wait for tomorrow's episode!!!
