It's mostly cuz of CEW's fans. They watch whole shows for his looks and he gets roles that are far beyond his abilities due to his fan girls and then completely ruins the ML for me. And yes, I do hate him for his acting, no hate for him as a person.

Yeah that's my point. Maybe CEW has done a better job acting in other shows but I watched True Beauty and ID Gangnam Beauty. He literally played the same role in both with an acting range of a cardboard. In both Dramas the 2nd Male leads were miles ahead in acting so much so I became their fan and watched their other shows like Gaus Electronic and Family by choice (both 10/10). But I would still never go on CEW's drama pages to hate on the guy even before watching the show. However, I do reserve the right to criticize his acting or hate him based on his performance. I have no issues if people find that Inguk did a bad job and hate/criticise him for it.

That's what I am saying, I don't like CEW's acting but I'd never hate an actor based on looks. And even then I don't go around on CEW's drama's pages to do hateful comments.

Amazing webtoon. Casting is spot on but I am worried about FML. FML in Webtoon has a roundish face and is stocky build. Like Kim Sejeong

Unfortunately Seo is sometimes insecure about his looks too. He said in an interview that his face is weird. He sometimes looks good and at certain angles he looks ugly. But to me, his acting and singing is top tier so who cares. He looked the best in Doom and Hello Monster.

Episode 15 is amazing. It broke something inside me. I always rewatch till Ep14 XD

WTF...Reply 1997, King of Highschool and Shopping King Louie. Bro nailed all those part. The only other male actors with as much range as Seo In Guk are Nam Koong Min, Kim Seon Ho and Ji-Sung. Just because In Guk is peak in Mystery/Melo genre doesn't mean he can't do rom coms.

I recommend Smile has left your eyes. Peak acting by Seo Inguk and Jung SoMin.

In Guk is the very reason I started watching K-dramas 6 years ago. Before that my sister insisted I watch K-drama for years and never felt like it. Then I watched a Music Video and saw this dude with amazing facial acting that it compelled me to watch his acting. SInce then I got introduced to other great actors and Dramas. He's literally Male version of IU as there is no other male musician who's as good of an actor in Korea imo. So it feels sad reading comments of couple of people hating on my fav actor just because they don't like his looks, nevermind the quality of his work.

I mean I hate Cha Eun Woo but not because of his looks but because his acting is as nuanced as The Rock. Hating based on looks just means you are ugly inside if not on the outside too.

Good show, fast paced. Goo character developments too.

Good Manager is among my Top 5 all time K-Dramas. Hot Stove top 10 and Beautiful Gong Shim is my comfort watch. He's among my Top 3 K-Actors, Seo In Guk, Kim Seon Ho and him.

Jung So Min will forever be one of my favs. Her performance in Smile has left your eyes was hauntingly beautiful and then you see comedic brilliance in Sound of your Heart. One of the few K-actresses who can pull off any role. Her range is amazing. Same reason I love Shin Hye Sun.

I wanted to watch this cuz of Kim Seon ho but ML looks ass and even comments say he's a knob...should I?

Bro how was he sweet and loving? He was more understanding, rational and protective. And in hometown Cha, Cha he was the one held back by his trauma but he was brash and spoke his mind. Here, he was unable to move on from a girl because she was always around and he always kept his emotions in check always.

First time in 2 years I have binge watched a whole K-Drama. 8.5/10. If you like the leads then it will be 10/10 like me. I especially loved the fact that the Male Lead never let misunderstandings fester up and the story wasn't dragged and even the side characters gave you closure. The only reason I give 8.5/10 was because the ending felt a bit rushed. Which is why I believe some people gave lower scores.

Good Story but it's dragged so much. 7/10 because of pacing. First 4-5 episodes were interesting and well paced...after that there is way too much recycling of situations between leads and the average episode run time of 80+ minutes doesn't help either. Possibly the most overrated drama of the year on pacing alone. Only Kwak Dong Yeon gave me enough strength to finish. He needs his own lead role again.

I just watched it now and gave a 10/10. It also depends on the perspective. Yes there were a few nitpicks which could have made it 8 or 9 but I decided to forgo that for Jisung's Acting and a very interesting plot. I have been having trouble finishing dramas lately but I binged this in 3 days. Also, you have to understand that the FL was a first year resident, not an experienced fellow or attending. So I can see some of the over the top behaviour as personality quirks. But if you go past those, she's very smart, competent and perceives things fast as a doctor. Like the handling of Yo Sub and the scene by the ocean where she figures out ML intentions by how he's acting.
