I think you've kind of described one of your typical love triangles, ex-boyfriend reappears causing misunderstands…
She told the ML that she always gives up when someone lies, as she did in her last relationship with SML. She takes the lies for what they are, lies, disregarding the reasons people tell them. I think there will be a very good reason for SML disappearing on her...to him atleast. Her powers don't give her the reasons people lie and some lies seem unnecessary (like that couple in the braised fish restaurant π π ) The difference I think is going to be that she won't give up on ML when he lies.
Lie detectors are not used as evidence because you can manipulate them. In this case ML can believe and convince…
The mother wasn't hungry though. She just wanted to rely on the fact that FL's powers only work in person. If a person is lying, FL will know. It's really that simple. There is nothing to really decipher in her powers. It's as straightforward as possible.
That was the lie ding to me. The truth ding is lower and longer. And the guy in the first episode probably liked the sex and loved the woman but did what some men do and still cheated.
This is good. This is very good. I love Choi Jun's personality. I know what I want and I'm seriously going to…
I have only seen 2 episodes of Be Mine Superstar and I may or may not wait for it to finish to binge watch it so I don't understand the comparison about the backstory between the characters. In BMS, its clear actor guy was older at school and a good guy or whatever and intern dude has had a crush on him since. In JJ, they are childhood friends. The 2 last saw each other when they were 8 years old apparently. What's the big difference in information got here? π€
It really doesn't matter if he's in his "early days" of acting. He keeps getting lead roles and it's actually…
I see what you mean about faces but this honestly works for all GMMTV actors. They have some of the most mainstream good looking people I have seen in Thai shows(this includes the straight ones). I personally don't see their looks that much special compared to any of the other pairings ( I don't mean they are not that good looking, I mean all of them are good-looking enough). If I am not mistaken, JoongDunk's offline chemistry is why they keep pushing them. People love them at fan meets and stuff. Months after their show ended they were still everywhere promoting anything under the sun. I don't know if it was here, but someone on an online platform likened them to BrightWin and I had to agree. At events, the chemistry is oozing. Its just sad they can't replicate it on screen.

I don't want to debunk the higher ups theory cause what do I know? But JoongDunk as a pairing is pretty popular that's why they keep getting lead roles. It also helps that they are an official pairing and their first show brought in numbers. I don't think any Thai BL company has casted actors due to their talent, honestly. That's usually a bonus. Moreover GMMTV apparently uses the chemistry thingamajing. If two people feel up to it and want to, then they give them a chance. They clearly have the money for it.
I wish people would admit they're both bad actors instead of trying to save Joong in these comments
To be fair, I don't think they are famous because of their acting capabilities. π Like Joong and Dunk were pulling in numbers when they were announced for SIMM before the first episode dropped. And that was their first project.
I'm here again because I like reading comments because I really like this show but somehow 80% of the comments…
I don't want to start fight. Genuinely asking a question here.... what's wrong with saying that its like a BL show and not a movie? BL shows unlike most movies have gay couples as the main couples and not just side characters. Thus the comparison sort of makese sense? To me atleast. Furthermore, when I first heard of BLs and began to watch them, I did a lot of research and maybe I am wrong here, but BLs are sort of a heteronormative take on queer relationships. They are basically saying men and men can fall in love with each other as naturally as men and women do. With the large shift in the world since Covid, a lot of things have been overanalysed and a lot of people have educated themselves, that's why a lot of people now say that they don't feel BLs represent the queer community well, which is true although its important to note that they didn't set out to do this in the first place. However, my main point is , these fujoshis who have these idealised views of gay people should be educated not judged. And a lot of people who consume BLs are in Asia and African countries, chances are that they haven't actually met a gay person in real life and that's normal. It's not their fault.
π yeah.they do look good together.but I think sw is just careful about dating & has comitment issues.maybe…
This is late. But I sincerely think SW does not like YH romantically at all. Age-gap or not. And that's okay. If only he could just say it out though ππ
100% agree about the lack of edge/passion. In the novel and in the original Addicted, you understood why it was…
This is called Stay With Me though. Not Addicted ππ Sorry... couldn't resist. Personally, I see that they are going with the cute found family angle. There doesn't seem to be any intention for edge/passion in this adaptation( except Wu Bi's fight scenes- like we get it, he's a good fighter. We don't need him punching through glass bottles and flying through the air thoughππ) It's better to watch it through new eyes in my opinion. Also, the censoring the bl aspect, I do believe I saw Gagaoolala call this a BL not a bromance, why does everyone keep saying otherwise? Anyway, comparing it to Addicted (novel and series) will just give you a headache.
Can someone please explain to me why being divorced is stigmatised in Korea to the extent that you can't progress in your career? I need to know all the details on this topic because honestly, its driving me crazy.
Its lie cuz marriage document is supposed to be signed in the courtroom in presence of witness.
That's how it is in Korea though. You get the form from the government office, fill it in and bring it back. They process it and voila, certificate. Its really not that complicated to understand that different countries have different laws.

Chill...

Everytime they appear on the screen I feel butterfliesπ
