I'm rewatching Ep.8 and I can't get enough of their shopping scene. She casually calls him her husband leaving him to pay. LOL. What?! I was just as stunned as Han Ye. This girl is so shameless. 😂😂 But that bunny mask scene was so cute. She instantly got enamored by his beauty. Oh girl!

I've caught up to ep.9 and what I love the most is how he catches her off guard. The first time was the nose touch when she was closely observing his face. The 2nd time is his drunk monologue when he's asking her to travel to Jiangnan. She was stunned at his words. Anle has been the super flirty one and making ridiculous remarks/actions but Han Ye has our girl wavering now too. I cannot get enough of these 2 and their antics.
As of now, it seems Anle and LMX's character are stronger which makes sense because its focused on her revenge. So I take it as they're trying to get us to understand her pov. And it seems from the last few episodes Han Ye has been casually dropping hints at Anle revealing his true personality. He's still keeping his guard up about her and I hope as the story progresses the focus on Han Ye will improve as well.

I think it's just me. Lol. The chinese checkers portion in Ep. 3 and 4 with all these high rank officials. I don't understand the game so maybe that's why I can't feel the intensity of everyone being amazed at Anle's tactics. And there's just many officials so I can't remember haha.
I have to say after watching all the latest episodes, the chemistry between RA and HE is fire! She cracks me up…

Despite the poorly done subtitles, Ep.1 wasn't a bad start. I like the chemistry of Gong Jun and Dilraba. Its spunky vs. shy! But yes, CGI was not cutting it. I don't normally complain about it but that ship out at sea was a miss.
Regardless, I like that Crown Prince is staying loyal to his crown princess. I didnt read the novel but I'm ready to see the reveal. Not to mention, Liu Yuning didnt have much screen time but he's improved so much. He had a really strong on screen prescence and I'm glad it's his real voice!

I'm close to done and have been binging like crazy. I was expecting this to be super cheesy and it is in certain aspects but overall it's still a decent watch. As a fan of Zhu Zhengting, I'm so happy for him! I almost don't want to believe its really him doing all these sweet scenes. Now, I want to see him in more dramas! Proud of you Zhengting. ❤️❤️
