I think the drama production choose the wrong actor to play as the villain. Not because BWS a terrible actor,…
they chose a better guy for the villain than the ML n gave him a good backstory n dark vibe along with charisma and then they expect us to find the leads with no story better than the villain...
tbh everyone was toxic af...but ziyuan n haoyi crossed the limits of toxicity towards the end of the drama... FL was the the most confused but most humane character.... ML was a pervert at first however he changed for the better later.. Ziyuan was very annoying n crybaby type character but probably the most loyal one or i should say obsessed... Haoyi was fine at first n then turned into a total scumbag... ziyuan n haoyi were both very controlling...
anyway I would not recommend anyone to watch it unless u can handle the mess going on in this drama...ML chasing FL who already has a BF who is obsessed with plans...FL denying him but still confused...ML having a 10 yr relationship with a manipulative girl... tbh that abortion thing want necessary at all n they didn't tell the reason too ...the ML didn't hv to leave ziyuan for that reason her controlling attitude n manipulation n pressurising the ML to take care of her n her sis were enough for any person to just run away from her. ..

it was a okayish drama ...ryu shi o was the only reason I watched this... I felt bad when he was betrayed 2 times by the woman n friend he trusted the most...the FL n her family and ML were definitely not what I expected they were kind of annoying...I would only suggest u to watch if u want to see a villain whom u can sympathize with...n if u are ready to disappointed by his sad death at the end...this drama wasn't for "namsoon" but actually her whole family were the leads specially the grandma having most of the screentime for the useless love affair (the only thing she did which actually had a role in the plot was moving that statue to wake namsoon up)...while ML was a side character...n the most worth watching villain...
