Exactly, who in their right mind would do that? But plz spoil what happened exactly after the wrong confession...…
Yes I am, and I am up to date with all the dramas I am following - this, LAN, LTL,FIL
I didn't skip those scenes, I am skipping more of the scenes with the ML stupidity.
LTL, that isn't really a misunderstanding - it is more like an investigation as you mentioned. There will be some twists but I think not too surprising. ML is too weak looking but he is really straightforward in letting his feelings known to the FL. FL on the other had is too reckless and always gets into trouble.
Pearl Eclipse, yeah like a lot of angst - prob won't watch it.
It seems a bit exaggerated and somehow peculiar at the start, but gets interesting as it progresses. Really like the character of the ML though in the beginning they made him a bit too weak/sickly/scrawny for the plot... can't shake that off even now that he is supposed to be "reborn". FL from episode 1 we know that she has good analytic skills but however too gungho to make smart decisions - requiring the ML to bail her out (typical of Cdrama FLs). I like ML's besties as well, hope they become a couple. :) "Lao K" looks a bit different here, the hair or make up?
JXB I think he seems he has been getting villain roles, this one potentially as well (quite obvious).
Initially didn't want to start it as I prefer to watch lighter dramas, the last "heavy" one I caught was The Veil. However recently nothing interesting so couldn't resist to start episode 1, really promising the build-up and acting etc. Even so a bit hesitant to continue as I reckon it is something not really for me in this COVID situation. Then I read in the comments about the toxic characters coming up, I should probably stop while I can. I really like Park Hyung Sik from Suits and he really did well here as well... probably wait for his next project.

Thanks for the heads up! I am guessing WeTV episodes are longer and probably better edited... ep. 22 is ep. 23 or 24 where I am watching which some ending scenes were quite abruptly cut. So basically XQ just kept acting after SBS didn't clarify in public. From what I saw she must have blamed SZY for what happened to her. Well the dude deserves a lesson but not SZY.
I am continuing with Lie to Love, ML is super matured and irresistible... not like the clumsy chap here lol

Out of curiosity I caught the first 4 mins of episode 23... it just showed XQ and SBS outside the arena already and the latter trying to explain himself. Didn't show what happened after she hugged him but according to the dialogue he didn't clarify so not to embarrass her in front of the crowd. So expecting more angst after SZY found out so I can't watch further... 没眼看
Agree but he is really getting on my nerves, just watched the first 4 minutes of ep. 23... he said he tore the contract just to create a small misunderstanding and give FL a surprise... a shock rather now... how stupid is that? going to be real angsty so I stopped watching for now.

I didn't even concentrate at the confession scene, I went to get chips but in the background I heard him saying like "don't turn on the lights, I am afraid I can't say the things I want in your face"... err.. at least verify that it is the correct person if you are going to say something so important? Lower your head or what. Guess the ML should be the laughing stock for the rest of his uni life. And the poor girl, though she wasn't really nice but she don't deserve this.
I may just browse through it later, right now I am binge-watching Lie to Love which is probably more for a old dude like me...
In the beginning with his friends there were many funny moments... but they are definitely more mature than him. He is a nice guy but too childish for a university chap... too pretentious as well.
We are 2/3 into in and the leads are not together yet. ML is just a wishy-washy coward though he is a nice dude.
The figure skating part started promising but not so good thereafter... we have one competition so far and probably another upcoming one. Quite a fair bit on the training and school. FL started not so great but became really likeable, ML the reverse. Overall, SIL is much much better for me.
Who confesses without looking into the eyes of the girl, if ML is so cowardly or shy to not even look at the girl, might as well confess over the phone.
And confession in front of a crowd, is it to pressure the girl into saying yes? This is often used by ML's love rival (Skate into Love) and always end in failure.
He might as well be with XQ.
Tear up contract, not cool. Confess to the wrong girl, not cool.
You mean in episode 22 at the track? ACE Girl agreed to train with SZY for 1500m.
Most probably, the coach definitely cares more for ACE girl as he owes it to her brother. The scene at the bench, the coach had a weird look on his face when SZY said she'll try 1500m if the coach believes in her.
Can i just say is very obvious that SBS likes SZY. People around who knows is a contract relationship and feel…
She is just inexperience and in fact thinks too lowly about herself. Anyway, even though the rest can see that SBS likes her, he kept "ensuring" her that he is treating her like this because of the contract. A girl like SZY will take his word. E.g. when he didn't like other guys to hang around her, he just explained to her that she has a contract with him and should act as if she is his gf.
Poor girl, she doesn't deserve this because of someone else's stupidity. Like the comment below, hope the focus is more on the sports now so don't have to see the irritating side of the ML.

And turn your phone to silent girl!
