Exactly what I'm talking about. I did not even think of his character in the other drama right from the start when he appeared on the first ep. Unlike other actors, when they play a certain character on one drama and an entirely different personality on another, I'm always reminded of their prior roles... But this one, I did not. Tang Xiao Tian portrayed his character really well here... (So I'm now looking forward to his next drama where he plays a dr. opposite Fair Xing in My Little Happiness... )
Are you sure that this will be broadcasted on the 9th? Today is Sept. 7. Some dramas posted the air date and trailer a day before the broadcast itself. So I'm gonna wait until the 8... Hopefulky they broadcast it on the 9th.

Btw, it seems they follow the Tencent VIP broadcast based on weibo clips they upload. Episode 12 as of now, and they uploaded lots of clips from eps 11-12. I also noticed this yesterday for eps 9-10. Oh well.
Anyway, I hope more will watch this drama. It makes you feel happy inside, imo. There are several dramas that are also not being watched by a lot because they don't have popular actors or actresses... But I really hope a lot will also watch those dramas, including this one.
Even though the ending is not as satisfactory as the past 44 episodes... I'm still fine with it. It was resolved and I'm also good with the open endings of the side characters. I'm gonna miss watching this everyday. Now, I hope they release the most anticipated Oath of Love now... (I honestly believe they delayed the broadcast of that drama because of this and Love and Redemption). Oh well, cheers to the number 1 drama of August 2020. Hehe.
