First EPS was ok, I def wasn't bored, though I did find myself thinking "what am I watching?" for some parts when the tone shifts dramatically between gruesome and slapstick I don't usually notice the dubbing, but I feel it was really noticeable in this show and took me out of it a few times. I'm tentatively looking forward to the next EPS to see WTH happens next, BC I'm not 100% I know what is going on. I was getting vibes from the big boss for the gangster ML but maybe I was seeing gay where there isn't any 🤷🏽♀️
maybe this show would be better binged, or if it was only 8 EPS long. Not much really happens in each episode and it feels like they're retreading the same ground every week, particularly in the last few. I don't dislike it, but there are a lot of flashbacks we could do without. Trimming down could make it more impactful
for someone who has been in two popular BL series... Tee's acting is really atrocious... I'm shocked.. but then…
it does feel quite forced. The 3-4 bls I saw him in he played fairly similar characters, more on the series side, but even in those he didn't seem to do comic scenes very comfortably. not sure what's going on here, his character is all over the place
So many complaints, but I liked it good chemistry, heartbreaks and reunion. And the wedding in the end, for their…
totally agree on all points. not the best, but definitely not the worst thing I watched this year, and I appreciated the actors had good chemistry even if the plot left me scratching my head at times
it’s normal for some people to dislike this series due to their personal reasons! it’s okay to drop it. BUT…
don't worry about that person. Some people clearly have way too much time in their hands and no real life problems if they can hate someone just for liking some random actors. I wish my life was so problem-free that I could waste my energy that way 😂
So.. what are your opinions on this episode? I haven't watched it yet but i plan to today !!!!
hard to say, it's not bad, just wasn't what I was expecting. felt quite slow, but maybe it's just setting the scene and will pick up in the coming eps. hope you enjoy it! 😊
I’m in the minority I guess because I anticipated something more fast-pasted. The dialogue felt choppy and the…
I have to say I agree, but for me that was mostly bc I'd expected more interactions between them. I was also surprised to see Dao was so against arthit when he'd always seemed like quite an airheaded sweet character in previous eps, it just seemed a little OOC. I do like the characters and I'm still looking forward to the next ep, though...
forever part 2 divided by 3 part :- first (Beside the sky 8 ep )second (the sun from another star 8 ep ) third…
do we need to see the first part to watch this, do you think? I couldn't really get into the story of the first arc, but I guess I could try again if the mains for this one play a role in that one...?
The writing is very questionable in a lot of noticeable ways (eg, how does he get hit by a bike on the road and they end up near the water? seeing the parents on the anniversary? oddly stilted convos, and the friends not knowing about sailoms issue, etc). But oddly still enjoyable, not sure why, maybe the nostalgic vibes others have mentioned? 🤔
