it's not bad, the main couple is an easy watch, but the rest of the characters are a bit of a struggle. Happy to continue watching it to see how it goes, which I can't say for every series I've started recently
honestly I wouldn't watch it if it wasn't for firstkhao, it's so boring
agreed, I got my hopes up in the first ep with the mum/debt drama, but the latest EPS I did a lot of skipping. I like cats and first Khao but not sure it needs 10eps of this. Wish they got a better script
not the best drama, I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense and thee characters are a bit weird, but I did like the acting from Lee Sangmin. it was also nice to see the friend from Ballboy Tactic again, but hope he finds a better role.
There are some weird unnecessary choices in the plot of this show that took me out completely. However, the actors general felt natural and the cinematography was so lovely that I can forgive some of it. Wherever this is set is amazing, and also the food looked tasty. I wouldn't rewatch though
BROOOOO I've never been so conflicted and confused what π How do I even rate this??Okay first things first:Cinematography…
tbh it was the whole dog conflict that came totally out of nowhere that threw me off how to rate it. Up to then, it was doing pretty well for a show that was only an hour long all up, it had a nice mood, but the dog thing was confusing af since I wasn't sure why the characters reacted as they did.
can't wait till next week, I'm really hoping we get the special straight after ep15. This series surprised me in how enjoyable it's been, despite all it's issues. It's def not perfect, but it's been the best CBL this year (for me). I hope the last ep doesn't disappoint! I'm excited for what we might see next year βΊοΈ
this was great! it's been a long time since I read the manga, but it left me with the same feeling that I had reading it, and I think it followed pretty closely considering that they only had ~2h. the actors were amazing, I loved them both, they really embodied the characters. I'd never seen Takeuchi before, so he was a great surprise. Electric tension between them. I don't think it needs a sequel, but I'd def watch it if it happens
I'm reading the novel, but I'm not finished yet so, I too, am curious about what magic trick the author will pull…
not to mention whatever he's doing in EPS 12 doesn't negate the evil he's inflicted previously. I'll still watch the show cos it's good watch, but I'm not under any childish delusion that the guy can believably redeem himself. But let's all close our eyes and pretend
I don't think Parallel Ogami was "using" Kano to earn first place in sales. His affection is genuine.…
yeah, I agree, I also thought that each ogami was a reflection of how each Kano reacted. that is, official Kano was abrasive and refused to ask for help and so his Ogami tried to support him become competent by meeting his energy. I can see how parallel Ogami could appear dodgy though since he benefited so much in that world
Just started the series (on Ep3) and I've repeatedly wondered if a troubled childhood is enough to explain Fan…
I feel like this level can only be achieved if you also add enormous wealth, privilege and power. I hope I never find out the answer for myself though π
it was also nice to see the friend from Ballboy Tactic again, but hope he finds a better role.
I wouldn't rewatch though
