This drama was sooo refreshing, exactly what I needed. Do you have some recommendations of other romance dramas ? Something simple, cute and heartwarming like this is perfect. No dragging conflicts, misunderstandings are solved quickly, likable leads, no wishy washy character, no love triangle, no opposing mother-in-law.
This drama was fine, not my favorite I still favor BOF over this, I had to drop it at episode 25 because it was…
Couldn't bear to watch this show any longer as well. It started ok, but at one point the FL didn't make sense anymore. Couldn't stand her one more episode.
I tried, I REALLY tried. I tried to put my brain aside to be able to just watch this entertaining and light drama. But it wasn't enough. Around half of the show, it becomes so ridiculous that your brain can't bear the stupidity any longer. I dropped it at episode 35. (There are 49 episodes of 45min' each!!!)
Maybe I'll pick it up in a few months, but the sweet parts of the plot weren't enough to make up for the bad, bad, bad writing. I know how romance shows work : you need drama and adversity around the couple to make it entertaining, but these obstacles need to make sense for the viewer to be emotionally invested and believe in the couple. Here, they didn't. I do not recommend.
I came across your reviews by chance and was impressed by their quality. Usually, reviews are too emotional and not critical enough. But yours seemed to skillfully balance emotion and analyses. So I found myself reading many of them and agreeing with the majority. Until I saw this list : is Cheese In The Trap REALLY in your Top12 ?
I recently finished it, and although it remained one of the most intriguing kdrama I watched, I have so many problems with it that I am truly curious to understand what you see in it. I trust your words greatly.
