and if I thought back to this drama I would say Ming Shengs character sadly wasn't that memorable for me. It would've made more sense if they made reborn a slice of life, family drama with a side of romance.

reborn is a solid 8 🌟 Great acting—especially with the whole family drama scenes.

I just didn't expect the whole drama to be about qiao beiyu and her death. There was so much focus on her that the romance lowkey felt like it was on the back burner. Though thankfully I was more interested with qiao beiyus story than the romance tbh.
