I really loved the first few episodes but like the moment the 2ml arrive it just ruined everything like it was almost like the sml became the ml lol cus the fl and sml have soooo many couple scenes together while the actual main couple have like none in some episodes. The daycare scene raigebaited me so much it was insane lol.
- Majority of the actors can't act like at all but i think the leads are fine and they have a lot of room to improve. - I don't care for Anda or his death like at all. I actually feel annoyed when his plot comes up, which is basically the entire show. - Why do the mains get the least amount of screen time?? Like they have so much chemistry with each other but it is not at all shown or explored and the kiss in the 4th ep was so random cus we literally never see Podduang properly fall for Jin because the entire focus of this show is on a freaking dead character. - If they wanted the Anda plot then they should have set up with Pod and Jin catching feelings for each other and then being in a will they won't they situation and then out of no where the Anda death should happen (this is just my take and I'm sure it can be executed in a different and better way). - I feel like Anda could have been such an endearing character but it was all too rushed and all i feel is annoyance cus he completely overshadows the leads. - Also y is no one sad abt their friend/son/brother/lover is dead? They are way to calm at the funeral lol and Jin was just ready to make out with Pod just after the funeral like make it make sense. lol.
But overall the drama is nice and i would recommend it for a casual watch.
so um i watched till the 21st ep and i felt like it was sooo draggy so i checked the comments and i ran to watch the final episode since ppl were talking abt it and now that i watched i have some questions...
This drama is so boring. The only good thing is the leads faces. Also get a better wardrobe ppl cus it luks so frkn cheap especially BWS's prince outfit cus omg it luks like it made of plasitic and also it is so loose on him like get it fitted to his body (I liked IU's outfits sometines).
It is also weird to see him completely in love with her when v barely see them interact in a romantic way. I think the main issue is that there r only 12 episodes which doesn't show all the "yearning" that old dramas used to, this feels too rushed.
Also sooo many clichés and i usually love them but this was done in such a cringe way.
Also I usually LOVE IU's acting but she just does not give in this character. It's just not her but BWS did great in his character and so did the queen mother.
I really like this drama, I think it's the perfect show to watch when you're feeling down or in a slump cus it has a certain comforting element to it and I really liked that, and the skiing scenes are also really well done. I think the chemistry was fine nothing great and her outfits were soooo pretty and cutee. I understand everyone who stopped watching this drama because of the actresses overly cutesy acting style but I think for me I have just accepted that all Esther Yu dramas will be like this so I didn't mind it.
But i do have to say that i didn't enjoy a particular part in the drama and i wish it was not a part of it.
K-Drama
