Finally pulled the trigger and paid for the WeTV Express. Glad I did! Actually enjoyed how this one ended.

I may have missed it, but what exactly is the story behind the Empress? She was a former dancer and somehow won the affection of the Emperor?

Cannot waittttt for this one to start. Loving all the BTS we've been seeing already. Does anyone know if they're doing any promotions on variety shows? ZLS seems to be rumored to be on some upcoming shows but WuLei hasn't been on anything in a while.

Haven't watched the new episodes from Thurs/Fri yet, but based on comments below it seems I should wait? Lol anyone want to spoil it and give me a general summary so I can decide whether or not to watch or hold? :)

Anyone finish this yet? I stopped around episode 16 and will just resume when subs are out. I could understand most of it, but to be honest the story kind of lost me after a while. Wonder if it's worth even picking up once subs are out?

I get some angst is needed for a good story, I just hope it's done in a reasonable and quick way where they get it resolved and move on haha. Hate when it drags out.

ML has a ton of dramas coming up! Can't believe it took me this long discover him. Apparently he was pretty famous before the new generation of "idol actors" came along.

100%, his eyes said it all. I'll give ChenXiao credit, he does a really good job of portraying emotions with his eyes (and acting overall!).

I binged the first ~14 or so in a week haha, but felt like it was a slow build. Really enjoying this one but not absolutely captivated by it... Honestly thought WRTW started better.

Had similar thoughts based one what I thought was foreshadowing but halfway through the drama, no ridiculous love triangle has started yet. Hoping it doesn't.. like others mentioned below, LinYun posted that she's single and does not steal her sister's man. So let's hope that's all true haha.

Was just announced the other day that he'll be in a musical! Hopefully this will bring more future works.

Oh hmm.. looks like it now. I guess when they rebranded the show they stopped posting eng subs for free. Looks like some of the older episodes (~3 months or so) have auto translate enabled.

Subs usually get uploaded 1-2 weeks after the original air date.
