It's interesting though because he is clearly developing feelings for FengXi... all while still having these feelings for XiYun. But it could be that he has this crush/fantasy of his memory with XiYun, while he is truly developing real feelings for FengXi. Anyway, very excited and curious to see how it all unfolds!

OK loved episode 14 haha. Thought it was cute how LanXi was reminiscing about XiYun... but I wonder if he really doesn't know that BFX is her??? I feel like he knows everything and it's impossible he doesn't already know lol.

All I can say is the Emperor and Queen really do deserve each other... Really rooting for the Feng Chang and Feng LanXi bromance prevailing.

I wanted this too!! Haha. They rushed the last 2 episodes. Kdramas tend to end to abruptly while Cdramas sometimes drag stories out for too long lol. The irony.

Their 'Feng's in their last names are actually different characters, so diff families. Feng Xi Yun is 风惜云 while Feng Lan Xi is 丰兰息.

In the episode where the 6 states gather for the banquet, there was a young Feng member representing her state, which I assume is her brother? It's also listed under the cast.. so I guess the drama is different from the book here too.

I know the drama may be different from the novel, but curious to know why BFX/FXY is supposed to rule her state? Doesn't she have an older brother? Or does he somehow die in the battles?

Yes! Love that it was never too stressful and easy to watch. Made you laugh. Ending could have been better and story may be a little cliché but I enjoyed it regardless.
