People aren't seriously counting screen time seconds this isn't happening this has to be a dream right 🫠Counting seconds in a promo video and demanding people get fired for it! ya'll can't be serious.
It's a story of friendship, and it is clearly listed there are 4 main leads. I'm sure there will be plenty of promo to come where your favs get more screen-time. Hell, you'll get to see your fav in the ACTUAL series.
Please correct me since I don't actually have any info on this but are we even sure that GJM directed the promotional material?? It is, afterall, promotional material. It could be some random intern that chose the shots to put in the MV for all I know.
Vampire?? That’s new, do y’all recommend to watch ?
I’d say give it 2-4 episodes and decide from there. It’s relatively enough to get a feel for the show’s tone and characters. If you like them keep going, if not just drop and watch something you’d enjoy.

I feel ya. I’m also not the biggest fan of romance generally, especially when it comes to intricately built fantasy worlds like this. Romance as a main plot feels a bit like a waste of such interesting worlds sometimes I can’t help but be a bit bitter 😅
Is this another "ML: I would die for my FL" kind of troupe? Just like NH's BFTB?
Idk about the other directors or the scriptwriters involved but Guo Jing Ming really likes devotion stories with bittersweet endings. I’ve only mainly seen his bromance work though, and from the trailer this seems more friendship centric than anything.
It's always the low heat slice of life dramas that get "there's no chemistry!" thrown at them. I know it's subjective…
the pattern is that these people are watching a drama that clearly isn't targeted towards them and complaining that the drama isn't targeted towards them 😅
Waited so long for this Edward Guo work. His work like Wuliang, Ice Fantasy and LORD were excellent. So far the…
I didn't even notice its by Guo Jing Ming until I read this comment. Don't forget about Dream of Eternity and Painted Skin! This guy is gifted in directing visual magic.
Is there a chance that this will air? I kind of wish I didn't know about this. Now I come back to this comment…
The thing with Chinese dramas is that they always have a chance of airing unless explicitly stated otherwise. The problem is you don't know how great this chance is. It could be that it's going through various stages of re-editing to pass censorship and will release eventually (100%), or you might need some brave employee/publishing company to push the button (5%), or it is stuck in the backlog of dramas waiting in limbo (0.5%).
From what I know, this drama has not been explicitly stated to be cancelled, which is why this comment section is... staying strong, shall we say 😅
They seriously showed us badass shifu with white hair surrounded by cherry blossoms do a domain expansion to then only kill him off within the span of 20 mins. I knew angst was coming but I didn't know it'd be this early.
Can’t wait to watch this with my great-grandkids. I’ll host the watch party if y’all wanna bring your families over. I got a family cottage in China that we could use for the full experience. 😄😀🙂🫠💀
Baili DongJun had a bad outcome? I don't remember anything about him except his wine dance on the roof top. Which…
His entire demeanor in Blood of Youth is just miserable and sad. He was essentially drinking all his problems away (which fair enough people he loved died), which is completely different from the carefree young man we are currently learning about.
On top of that all of the master's have basically become solitary, as opposed to chaotic friends we see in this series.
Rewatching Blood of Youth just to see how characters are related and if I’m not mistaken, the Lei bloodline was intact to say the least 😅 They both blabbermouths
Knowing Baili Donjun’s outcome makes me watch this young version of him with just a bit of heartbreak
