Incompetent Competence

I keep on checking and re-cheking, but it seems that it doesn't even exist online.

Just saw him in Strawberry Night Saga and took me while to process that the character was acted by him

He is precious and HAS TO be successful in the future~

I understand the frustration people had with Ning Que falling for Sang Sang, so here are some facts to clarify why going that direction was a reasonable choice:
1. The novel went that way, and adaptations usually have to be as close as possible.
2. They still aren't blood related, and it's been hinted from the beginning that they have romantic feelings for each other.
3. (MINOR SPOILERS) Sang Sang is THE plot device in the novel. EVERYTHING that happens in the story is related/if not because of her. Without her, the story wouldn't exist. The being of that character simply can not be removed or else the story collapses on itself.

It's based on a novel and they wanted to keep the story as close to it as possible (which they did really well). And Sang Sang is THE main story driver. Everything that happens in the story is BECAUSE of HER. (MAJOR Spoilers: She's the demon's spawn while Ning Que isn't. The whole story is about hunting and defeating the demons spawn, which has been Sang Sang all along.)

Around 4-5 years. When the story starts, Sang Sang is supposedly 13 while Ning Que is 18.

This drama was made for people that don't focus too much on romance and stuff. It's high ratings came from the beautiful cinematography, talented veteran and rookie actors, the costume, the soundtrack and the fact that it barely diverged from the original novel. To each their own taste of course.

Ning Que is supposed to be a different male lead. A male lead despite not being able to wield magic, still has the confidence to be, well, confident. His arrogance also dissipates afterwards in the 25th-ish episodes. And Sang Sang is supposed to be a 13 years old lmao. Ning Que is supposedly 18 when the story starts while Sang Sang is 13.

He deserves more recognition

Meh.
I mean, good visuals and fight scenes, but other than that, they look pretty much dead when saying dialogue.

Of course it couldn't be a happy ending. Even if he killed someone, he deserved to be heard. That SWAT team was terribly heartless.

Love Me if You Dare can be found on Youtube (subbed I think?) and Evil Minds season 2 can also be found of Youtube (subbed). Though to watch Evil Minds season 1 with subs I'm pretty sure you'll have to resort to third party websites (KissAsian and stuff) if you're fine with that.

Evil Minds and Love Me If You Dare were some of my personal favourites, though they aren't K-Dramas but C-Dramas.

Wtf did the ice princes do in their past lives to deserve such tragic endings.

ROMANCE SEARCHERS:
NO, YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT IF YOU WANT TO SEE ROMANCE. IT IS NOT THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE STORY, AND YOU ONLY SEE A DECENT AMOUNT OF IT STARTING FROM EPISODE 30-ISH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS If YOU WANT TO SEE ROMANCE AND NO PLOT OR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. (don't get me wrong, I love romance stories, but I don't expect it to be the main focus in every watch-worthy series. For those of you who are constantly trying to look for romance, I recommend you watch something like this to possibly appreciate and discover new and interesting genres.)

I'll just recommend you to pick it back up when you feel like it, because it really is worth it. (also you see much more romance after episode 30).

If the series is continued, kinda want the three mains of the first season to be back together again.

To each their preference. I honestly would have dropped it if not for my persistent mindset. The story does get better, but the acting is still pretty bad.

If the cast is fake I'm gonna cry. (sadly it probably is)
