I'm late to this, but my god thank you for this beautiful stalkers guide! I just finished watching Nobunaga Concerto and fell in love with his character haha. Am so so excited to watch him in the movie next! :D Yamada Takayuki is also oodles of awesome, and I saw you say you were gonna do a stalkers guide for him, so I'm super excited!
This guy is insanely amazing ... when you found another gem ... now he is a runner up for my all time favorite…
haha they're definitely completely different actors but are both so talented! I miss Narimiya a whole lot, he was amazing and I hope one day he makes a return to acting. As for Suda, he's brilliant and I'm glad lots of people are coming to realize what a great actor he is <3
I loved him in "Tamiou" and "Princess Jellyfish". When I think of Suda Masaki, I think of those kinds of roles.…
He's such a diverse actor, he's really done so many different roles :) I definitely recommend checking out his role in The Light Shines Only There and Teiichi's Country, they're absolutely different from each other, but they really showcase how talented he is! :)
Suda was *amazing* as Philip in Kamen Rider W. I almost can't believe it was his first major role. The boy was…
I might just have to break my Kamen Rider virginity to watch him in that role haha. It'd be interesting to see what his first major role was like :3 I've never been a huge fan of sentai or tokusatsu or any of those similar things, but I'm super curious about seeing some of my favorite actors in these roles haha. It's really popular huh? You've definitely pleaded your case well haha, I'll definitely see about starting one sometime :)
hahaha I definitely think I remember seeing you around tumblr somewhere, your name maybe sticks out to me???
Oooh I'm sorry, I think I just found it somewhere on pinterest haha, but if you want me to add you as a credit I most certainly can haha. Just let me know where to credit you :) I wish I could find his 20+1 photobook, it's beautiful!! *_*

He caught my eye recently with his collab with Yonezu Kenshi, Haiiro to Ao, and I was so surprised to see that…
Oh really?! Wow haha, it's so rare for someone to discover him through music instead haha. Yonezu Kenshi's collab with him was a beautiful song, I loved it! haha yeah, in Gintama he's a lot different to his usual roles.. I'd say he does a wide mix of different roles, so there's enough diversity there that you'd definitely find something you'd enjoy that he's done :)
yesss! this is the love and appreciation he deserves!!! thanks u so much for writing this
haha aww, I'm glad you enjoyed the article Oneesama~ :) He really does deserve such appreciation, I can't believe he never had a stalkers guide before haha, but now he's really becoming a gifted actor :)
For those wondering I went back to the site I downloaded a couple of the episodes that were subbed. https://usagi9to9issho.wordpress.com/2013/05/25/english-subtitles-clover-j-drama-2012/He…
Ahh it's such a shame the subs didn't get finished! :(
Could barely finish ep 6 :( I don't know if this drama is for me at this point.. I might give the next episode one last try and see if it picks up but the pacing is really off for me.
Main lead is total loser in both timelines. In both marriages he is terrible husband. In workplace he is quite…
I kind of feel the same... I couldn't get through ep 6 tbh bc it was dragging so much for me. All I felt it was for most of the episode was him and his friend fighting over Woo Jin, and it doesn't seem like he thinks about his wife in this timeline or his children in the other - I didn't even consider that he'd only ever thought of them once :/ He's actually a bit too immature for me in this role haha.. maybe it's just me but I'm so close to dropping it bc I can't see where they will go with this story to keep me invested haha.
I get where you're coming from, and you're welcome to your opinion, but to say the 'bullying is not serious enough'…
Hmm I do see where you're coming from, but I think this is quite a different drama to Solomon's Perjury, and though I've only seen one episode it has a very different tone to it. I don't think Gangnam Beauty is one to take itself too seriously, it's a lighthearted romcom so it's bound to not be as in depth or show it to a serious degree. Regarding the acting, I think the actress did a good enough job of portraying someone who has been bullied, and I felt for her, and even cried in one of the eps because it's so relatable to me. But to be honest I'm not someone who really pays attention too much to acting, and as long as it makes me feel something then I'm satisfied haha. I think it's early yet in regards to plot and character development, so I guess I could well change my opinion, but for now I'm enjoying the flow of it :)
And apologies, I didn't mean to come across as though I assumed you hadn't been bullied, I'm sure everyone has had different experiences throughout their life and anybody's bad experience is just as justified as another persons. So I hope you didn't take that in a bad way <3
This drama has too many cliches, poor acting and very slow plot line which just doesnt make me to watch more of…
I get where you're coming from, and you're welcome to your opinion, but to say the 'bullying is not serious enough' is a bit unreasonable. As someone who HAS been bullied in my life, the stuff that she's been through is just as real and mentally scarring as someone who has been beaten up physically every day, and being judged by your looks is a huge issue all over the world, especially in South Korea where image is SUCH a huge thing. So I think saying that the bullying wasn't serious enough really isn't a fair point haha. The acting to me is good enough, but I think this drama is definitely more of a character-driven drama, especially with the message it has behind it. I maybe biased as I'm someone who absolutely loves it but as someone who has been hugely affected by the issues they have brought up, it really resonates with me.
As for the cliches, all dramas have them, but I feel like in this case some of the stuff you see often (sexual harassment, name-calling, etc) is really justified and depicted well. I also really like that the ml is not just your typical run-of-the-mill guy.
Either way, it's a shame you're not enjoying it, but everyone has their own tastes and expectations, and going into it with different expectations is gonna give you a different experience and outcome.
