Why is everyone forgetting the fact that Yong Pil happens to have a great mother-son relationship with Ko Mi Ja and isn't that the case regardless of how he feels about Samdal? that maybe he just wanted to do his best to not lose another motherly figure? Isn't that why he chose to become a weather forecaster in the first place? to protect his loved ones? Is it really that far feteched? I mean, he's spent more time with her than Samdal has at this point. Also, I'm sorry, the ML is no green flag. No matter what, it's not healthy to idolize and pine over someone silently for a whole decade, nor is it fair to him as a human being.
I think the biggest problems with the show are the pacing and the fact that it's focusing on all the insignificant bits of the story. We're past the halfway point and what's frustrating for some is that there is very little progress between the leads, and while they are interesting characters, the other sisters hardly get enough screen time, nor do we know enough about their past/present. There's just too much to cover in too few episodes.
That talk about the baby during the wedding outfit trial… 👇
has to be a call to the woman Oh Tae Soo had an affair with. He definitely had a plan in place, he had to have been talking about her baby, making preparations for their “death”
Her friend is not a friend, she’s an enabler… for both Bora’s and her husband’s behaviour and don’t even get me started on the gazillion misunderstandings she has caused! She hardly seems to give a shit about Bora. I mean, yes she’s always there physically but is she really there? Also, when is this show going to stop glamourising drinking? Our FL is supposed to be a bad ass relationship guru but all we’ve seen is a damsel in distress with a drinking problem. Even though she’s profound and makes tiny strides towards self awareness, her solutions to her problems are still superficial at best. I empathised with her up to Ep 8, but we’re now beyond the halfway mark and there seems to be very little progress. How much of character development and romance are they going to shove into 4 episodes?
I'm sorry, like I know they're trying to make it cute, but I think people should realize that June's character's…
I know what you mean… We know he’s supposedly a good guy because we are shown he is but if some rando came to me and told me we are destined when I hardly know him, I’d run for the hills.
and I really hope he didn't kill that mother and child.
If it helps, they don’t really show us the mother and the child in the car when he pushes it off, I’m sure there’s more to the story. The mother probably knew she had to pass out from the drink when she took it.
I like her too. She is hardworking and a refreshing girl but that "thing" between her and her boss CEO Han...…
Same. Can’t get behind this idea either. Her people pleasing tendencies really are over the top and the CEO shows the bare minimum courtesy and she’s all over it. Plus the CEO doesn’t really have the best track record so to have him change just because she’s this over enthusiastic doormat does not really fly with me.
For me personally, I feel this is the first drama I am watching where the main character is portraying each stage…
Watching her go through the breakup hit a little too close to home, embarrassingly enough. Initially, I was also annoyed with how she handled it especially when she’s a dating guru spewing advice she didn’t consider taking herself. And the more I watched her crumble and lose herself, the more I cringed but sometimes I cried along with her. And I understood that it would all feel silly and over dramatic in hindsight but she needed to get it out of her system in order to really move on.
Looks like she is going to drink again in ep7 even though she is taking medicine for alcoholic gastritis. I really…
After using 5 episodes on the ex, they had to fast track the romance somehow ;) At least this time around she will only embarrass herself in front of one person who’s already seen her at her worst LMAO
And not just in this drama, such a shame.

When will the humiliation stop?

The mother probably knew she had to pass out from the drink when she took it.
But it also gives her some reason to get back to work. She could use the 💰
