Dropped this @ episode 13. What a shame. This drama had all the ingredients to being perfect and it got ruined by the crazy PD's/writers. smh.

Hands down, one of the best dramas of 2016. Even if you're not a fan of mystery dramas, you have to watch this one.

I started watching this show randomly last week and it was the best decision ever. This drama totally gives me NINE Times Traveler vibes but it's better. There is never a dull moment and every scene feels like a scene from a movie. I can't get enough of this thrilling mystery. And is it just me or has anyone else laughed at the shameless Subway plugging? LOL Solving a crime is the focus but getting a sub sandwich from Subway seems just as important to Lee Je Hoon too? LOL

I watched this drama 5 days ago and already it feels like I've been waiting for an eternity to watch ep 3! I'm really liking this drama so far. I like how TVN depicts college life. Between Twenty Again and this drama, they really are spot on about students in college lol.

I've been meaning to watch this movie for awhile but never got around to it until Dramafever posted it. This movie was delightful and poetic.

I do personally believe it was the best version to me. I just liked how the story was done and how the characters developed over time. Taiwan has a way of making dramas with a realistic touch to it and I think this was done in the best way. Unlike in the J version where everything is slapped away with humor or in the K-version everything is magically wiped away with romance. Here, I thought the way the characters dealt with their feelings and how they actually changed because it made the story feel more relate-able. It made me really get into the story and I ended up loving the characters at the end.

When I said it doesn't compare, I mean, the way this drama was done, doesn't come close to the K or J versions as far as how much I liked it.(Maybe I should have rephrased it better? The K/J version doesn't compare to it.) It has it's own style and own uniqueness to it. Even though it's the same story. It's pretty original apart from the original Japanese movie version and you can def. see where the J-version and the K-Version got its influence from in this version. I actually rated this a 10 for my own personal liking.

I feel out of place not having watched Healer. I couldn't make it past episode 3 tbh but it's the most popular vote here.

Goong was one of the first kdramas I've seen after Boys Over Flowers and Full House. It was more memorable with the acting than it for the story line. Perhaps if I were to watch it again I'd grow bored at the makjang but I still really enjoyed watching it. Can't really say the same for the rest of the movies. 100 Days w/ Mr Arrogant was forgettable and I grew bored watching Flower Boy Ramyun Shop and Delightful Girl.

Great article! Thank-you for this series! I first saw Go Hyun Jung in The Queen's Classroom and was impressed with her. But then seeing her in Queen Seon Duk, I realized just how much she was praised for her acting. Her role made the show, hands down.

I had so much fun watching this. Kim Seul Gi was perfect for this role. I've seen Doojoon on other shows but he was really handsome here. The kissing scenes are E V E R Y T H I N G !

I had the same feelings but trust, as the show goes on, it gets really better. I think in the first 2 episodes, we're heavily introduced into the dynamics of each family/character. By the 3rd ep onwards, things pick up.
