It doesn't make any sense that he keeps trying to have a relationship with her. She's defending the man that raped him and she abuses him relentlessly. He's independent from her, why is he submitting himself to this? Their interactions are so triggering.

I'm in the camp of 'I don't need a kiss scene to feel the chemistry between a couple' even though I do appreciate it when a good one is portrayed. However, I've watched a lot of censored Chinese bromance shows that had more chemistry than these last two episodes, especially episode 7.

The last two episodes were really rushed, it has nothing to do with the no-kiss scene. Time jumps felt much too jarring and the chemistry between them almost completely vanished. Some longing looks would've expressed how they felt and no kiss was needed. A hug can do wonders as well. But in the last episode, they were hella awkward with each other, like they had just met for the first time. The first 5 episodes were spectacular from this point of view and then it was like somebody else entirely made 6 & 7 and the acting was less believable too. And when it comes to the plot, were really have no idea who Da Yeol and Tae Hyun have become in the 4 years of the time jumps. It doesn't even show that they kept thinking of each other. So when they come together, it happens as strangers to the viewers because they are not the people whose development we saw in high school.

Nevertheless, I still love this series as a whole and I'm probably gonna rewatch it many times because I really like the story, and episodes 1-5 make it really worth it.

The first two episodes are chef's kiss. Beautifully shot and acted.

I don't know why but the last two episodes felt a little rushed. Something was missing. Maybe because I've read the manhwa. Still sweet but the first 5 were better for me for some reason.

I love it so much that I watched the release episodes twice and also read the manhwa.
