Episodes 7-11 were so annoying that I've lost all interest in finishing this. It started out so well, why? I'd much rather follow a really slow-burn romance, than display feeling early on and then have misunderstandings, miscommunication, drama, and fights that are being dragged out episode after episode.
Hahahaha i thought the same thing. The mother looks as young as the FL if not younger. Maybe that's why they said…
The actress playing the mom is 36 years old while the actress playing the FL is 32. Gina is really beautiful but she does not look 28. She doesn't even look her age but rather 37+. It's still a great drama but I also noticed that the mom looks younger than the FL and it makes things a little off.
This is in the same league as 'Check Out': really bad writing, poor acting, and terrible sex scenes. Not to mention they start their 'relationship' from their drinks being spiked with a date rape drug. People have been hyping this up so hard and it was an utter disappointment. But the OST is really good, at least I got that out of it.
HELP HOW DO U HAVE 317 DRAMAS ON UR CURRENTLY WATCHING 💀
I'm only actually watching like 1% of them. I've added them to 'Currently watching' to narrow down the watch-list because the 'Plan to Watch' is already huge. 😅
This applies to most wattpad novels too🤣🤣🤣
Dramas in general make getting dumped stupid and pathetic but in real life break-ups are a part of life, they are sad but things that just happen and people who go through them are not pathetic, they just were in the wrong relationship.
Also, C-dramas in general make the FL look weak, pathetic, and generally stupid. They are bad at their job, or always struggle financially, or are bad at school, behave like children, people mistreat them but they have a heart of gold and are brave. Or they occasionally throw in the opposite: the career woman who doesn't have time to date or has been in most soulless long distance relationship for past 10 years. There's rarely a middle ground.
It took me years to get used to this to be able to enjoy some of the C-dramas despite rolling my eyes at how the FL are portrayed.
P.S. It got better again after episode 12, phew.
By all standards, people in their 20s dating somebody's grandpa/grandma is pretty weird.
You kept denying in the comments that there's literature and studies on needs and I set the record straight. But sure, you do you, girl/m'am/sir.
