Ahaha same here! Though not too much, I kinda pitied him at times, especially as he had some justifiable motivations... 😁 This was the second time I saw him again in a drama, and now I'm going to make it a point during school break to watch his other dramas😅

If he sealed it after B and the acid bath and locking up SJ, he gave up too early.😭 I want to think he sealed it before he went to the cauldron, because at least then he was prepared to die for SJ. If he did it before the forest, he gave up on her way too early😭

I found my way there in youtube after watching this episode, and after her singing made me cry again (right after MY and SJ's story!!! I hated myself for doing that to myself🤣), I laughed at that montage of TTJ being weird😅

In the previous ep, when MY finished purifying the Bone-refining/ defining(?) Seal, a soldier immediately reported SJ causing chaos at home. He took the seal, then flew away. So when he said I sealed the seal in the fountain, i thought, when did you do that?? 🤣 Yep, just me nitpicking again. Ahaha. Anyway.

B and ADG are besties, aren't they? In another life.....🎶

Exactly!!😅🤣 I was cry-laughing when YXW caught up with TTJ and TTJ playing hard to get🤣 it's not just a roller coaster, it's like the Gyro Swing at Lotte World (not that I've been there but I watch Korean Englishman channel and they featured it there😰 )

#4: Cue TTJ shouting "Ye Xiwuuuuu" and then camera fading away😅 TTJ feeling jealous of XL again at that point. Tsk tsk.
#6: i felt secondhand embarrassment/ awkwardness for them (PR, YQY, NB, and the soldiers at the back)🤣

We definitely needed some sweet moments after that trauma😅🤣 and the sexy time was it.🤣🤣🤣

....Like attracts like. Of course DG will be attracted to YBC... in fairness, to me, drama YBC is more ruthless than novel YBC. I never really felt novel YBC's villainy that much, but drama YBC? very much so. Selfishness, jealousy (yes, YBC, you may scoff all u want at TH, but you're just the same as her) and greed are her motivations for being a villain, and this is the villain that's refreshing to see: unredeemably evil. I hate the character, but I like her as a story plot. (Suddenly, i found myself not wanting to ff her this time, coz her convo with DG is interesting. And maybe i felt a little villainous myself😈)
...(brb. Am just gonna cry in a corner.😭😭😭)
So after gathering my sanity again...
...SJ forges the WOJ from the divine essences of the snake tribe. MY sees the dead bodies....then goes to the divine platform to seal the bone defining seal under the water mirror?.......then goes to SJ at the cauldron? Is that the sequence of events here? Or did the sealing happen before? (MY got SJ and SY out of BA, to the bamboo forest, left them there, then went to the divine platform to seal the BDseal, then went back to the bamboo forest, in time for SJ to wake up) MY sure does a lot of things in between.😅
....oh MY, SJ wouldn't devilize if she still hoped for a good ending for herself😥 she lost hope the moment you let TH live😭
...and MY impales himself on SJ's sword. What for? To show that her anger will only hurt the one she loves? To show that he's willing to die for her? (Shouldn't he have already died, isn't that where the heart is? --actually the position of the piercing is kinda moving😅 at one point it was low, like chest level, and then it moves up, near shoulder level - but that's me nitpicking🤣) and that's too many times he had been stabbed in that area.
....MY FINALLY understands how to love. But too late.😭 SJ's disappointment that she can't revive her family.😭 MY's look at SJ tho. 🥺
...MY's entire monologue up in the air was pure pain. He knows his shortcomings....but why only now???😭 he thought he was leaving her, but actually, she was leaving him😭 (so I have a question: did his admitting to his mistakes, apologizing to her, and telling her he loves her made her give up her devil body and finally die in peace? Is that why she disappeared? Or did the lightning punishment do her in?)
....MY tries to devilize, but SJ's memory pearl stops him.😭 I miss innocent SJ😭
...MY could have been the most powerful DG. Imagine, he's breaking the multiverse as he devilizes?! (Novel TTJ egging him on)
...Innocent SJ appearing in front of TTJ🥺 TTJ: I didn't protect you.

...then cut to TTJ being face to face with YXW.

...XL, still in SY's spirit, defends YXW, his SJ. As much as I love SY, the what if scenario here is what if they retained novel XL's alter ego who was in love (unrequited) with SJ? That could have made for a fun love square, and probably make YBC more unbearable😅 ok, so I take that back🤣

MY and SJ's story is now over, and from here YXW's mission to make TTJ love her begins. Much as I love this episode, I would have wanted it to end with MY and SJ's story. I mean, my tears haven't dried yet and the next scene attempts to make me laugh🥺🤣 I know, regulations, but.... am still crying, y'know? Thank God the next eps will be much lighter.🙂

That's the very question people still on this page are asking themselves (me definitely included)🤣

Thinking about it, it's true that YBC's actions are due to her upbringing: 1)she's a daughter, not a son, and 2) she's the daughter of a lesser concubine as compared to YXW who is the daughter of the wife. Even if she married the prince, fact 2 will still assign her to a lesser status, not wife. Thus, her constant "want to be on top" attitude and her hate of YXW was understandable, but yes, unjustifiable.
But then again, this drama does say that it doesn't matter what your upbringing or origins are, it's your actions that matters. So I will still cheerfully hate on YBC for her selfish actions.🤣

...and then you're going to see her again later in some form.🤣🤣

Chalk it up to differences in culture and traditions, I suppose. Being in a democratic country vs being in a society where traditional values are everything, and also having different sets of standards for beauty have effects on a person's beliefs/perceptions
