I agree. I haven't watched much BL but the ones I watched did tend to have their cringe moments. This drama though is a pure work of art! Beyond impressed. It set the standard for me.

You might have a point here especially since most dramas have now been condensed from the old regular format of 16 episodes to what has now become the standard of 12 episodes.
