About the Fortnight Flies, it's something that doesn't need to be cured. As long as you can get through the painful symptoms, they will go away on their own and you're gonna be okay. But the problem is every half a month for four hours, one is in a state of having no internal skills at all, which makes them vulnerable at that time.
