I'm always touched every time FDB stands up for LXY each and every time. He doesn't allow anyone to slander his master, even LLH himself (boy, if only he knew).
LLH trying to comfort him when he was upset about hearing the rumor of LXY killing his biological father.
And when he offered that toast to LLH of not hiding anything from each other anymore and LLH smoothly tried to avoid it by trying to give it to Ah Fei coz he knows he's not entirely honest with him.

FDB so innocent when he flinched immediately when that lady tried to remove his clothes for him to take a bath 😂😂😂
And what the f with that chicken feet 😅

Also when he said to LLH, "Do you think my master might be in hiding under an alias?" And LLH spits the wine 😂

That feeling where you're so focused on the story of Xuan and Xiao Yao and then suddenly XL/FFB appears on your screen and he just steals the show 😅😂

Give him just one minute of screen time every episode and he will make the most of it every single time ~

People always forget that out of all the main characters, XL is a demon, not a human or a deity. He's driven by his natural instinct, his nature sometimes is to be violent, to survive, but not to the extent that he would kill just for the sake of it. He's not exactly nice.
He's more yellow, between red and green ~

Which is why I love the intricacies in this show ~
