That's usually how it is for Cdramas. The first week of release, they will air every day. Next week will be the start of regular schedule, which is Wed-Sat.

That explains then why only Xuan felt the pain and not vice versa coz it wasn't planted firmly. Gotcha.

Hope the drama will also show how XL blocks the pain from reaching XY. Talk about silent protector.

Let me just clear this up. So the bug can only be transferred to someone if there is love/affection. And it worked immediately for XL coz somehow he already feels something for XY. And in the same way, there has to be love between the two people, else it will lead to endless troubles. But I wonder if the love could only work for one of the two people, like as long as one feels the love, both of them will just be fine. Idk if I understand that correctly.

I am LLH most of the time. I'm not a rating person coz ratings don't determine if a drama is enjoyable for me or not.
But if a great drama doesn't deserve such a great rating, then I become FDB and eventually be DFS if need be 😂

Altho I didn't watch those dramas you mentioned but totally agree.
I enjoy this drama coz it gives me depth. And I am a very deep person who thinks a lot so this is exactly my cup of tea. And you're right, some people enjoy things for different reasons.
I am also on Xiang Liu's. But I also look forward to what the other MLs can offer me down the road ~

Yes, I enjoy characters who can evoke different feelings from me, be they good or bad. That's what makes a character in a story enjoyable to watch.
