I admire the dedication of actors as it does make it convincing for viewers. I've known a lot of actors who do the same for any type of roles they have. As long as she's healthy is all that matters.

So Reba did lose weight for her role in this one, esp. as she needs to be sickly looking in Part 2.

Sadly. They don't need international viewers to boost their ratings because a billion Chinese viewers already do that for them. We, intl. viewers, aren't even a means to an end for them... haha.. we're just like a fly in the windshield of their car 😂😂😂

I was also waiting for that one ~ I thought it will air this April as well, but then got pushed back. I feel like this year is a good year for Cdramas, with all these huge dramas airing one by one.

Haha... but just curious though, is Xiao Zhan like a king of ratings, so that's why they're confident in him, or something? I'm sorry, I'm not all that familiar with him, I just know his popularity skyrocketed during his drama, The Untamed.

It's all indefinite anyways. One step at a time, Immortal Samsara hasn't gotten its license yet, so there's that. All we can do for now is just wait. I just hope the wait won't be too long ~

It all boils down to the ratings... can't blame them. It's what all dramas depend on nowadays. And I didn't know about competition of different genres, I see.

Reminds me of Zheng Ye Cheng as Mu Le from An Oriental Odyssey, he doesn't have much dialogue and has to rely on his expressions alone. Couldn't imagine any other actor pulling that character off.

I'm more back and forth ~ haha... when I prefer watching while it's airing is because I want to be in conversations with other watchers too, so my viewing wouldn't be too lonely ~I don't have lots of friends with the same interest as mine, so a virtual person you can talk to is always nice.

If it's a sponsored earring, it'll be hella expensive, for sure.
